My wife and I were unimpressed on a stay here last year, but heard there had been serious renovations since then, and it IS in Yosemite, one of the most beautiful places on Earth. So we tried again, this time with the grandkids (aged 9 and 6.) Glad we did. Our room was in the Dogwood building. Not luxurious, but... More

This lodge is very convenient, it's really close to the falls. Rooms are clean and comfortable. We were on the ground so have the opportunity to have breakfast with animals ! The view is fantastic. There is a swimming pool, 3 places to eat and a shop ( please not that the free buses are really close as well). Very... More

Generic lodge in an excellent location. A corner room got us a great view. Good food selection, but where is the staff necessary to serve the constant line-ups during breakfast and dinner at all the stations in the busiest cafeteria/restaurant in the valley? 20 minutes to get a coffee in the morning, with only one person serving? Same line-up to... More

We stayed in a room in the Juniper building and were extremely satisfied! While there is no air conditioning, there is a ceiling fan and an oscillating fan, and our second floor room was comfortable. The views from the balcony were excellent. The on site restaurant was very good, and the food court was better than suggested in many reviews.... More

Yosemite Lodge is a very good place to stay, clean, convenient and comfortable. The free shuttle bus service is great too. We wished to stay there longer but only 2-night room available even we booked the room 6 months before our arrival.

Nice accomodations and being located right in the park allowed us to experience the beauty without as many crowds. We would wake up right in the park before all the traffic began to pour in. Nice amenities. Will note that in order to secure these accomodations - you need to book the room almost a year in advance. We had... More

I don't know if it's because our expectations were fairly low for the standard of accommodation in Yosemite but we were more than pleasantly surprised by Yosemite Lodge and had a great stay. Our room was a Deluxe king room upstairs in Willow block. Our balcony had an amazing view of the falls (even if they were completely dry during... More

The Lodge is a perfect base for the valley and all activities. The lodge rooms could be updated and improved. Wi-Fi was almost non existent but you can get WiFi everywhere in life so enjoy the outdoors. It was a nice excuse to be off the grid.

I took my boyfriend to Yosemite for his birthday, it was his first time to visit and I decided I wanted to stay in the valley. Our room was wonderful, the view unbelievable, quiet and relaxing. We can hardly wait to go again. We were surprised by the quality of the food at the food court and would definitely eat... More

Yosemite Lodge is a good place to stay while in Yosemite Park. Located in Yosemite Valley, it is a convenient location for hiking, horseback riding and jumping on tours. The room we had was clean and well maintained. There was no air conditioning, but none of the accommodations in the park have air conditioning. Price wise, considering the small number... More
