Spent a few nights here as part of our American Adventure. Found it to be of motel standard but a good quality motel. Rooms were large clean and tidy. They were very up on recycling etc. If you are going to Yosemite it's the perfect place to stay.

Great renovations (no AC though), amazing views, clean, relaxing and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Make reservations early if you want the family bunk rooms. Bring a cooler if you are planning to bring food or drinks with you because the refrigerators are tiny

We stayed for 3 nights and were at the ground level, it is very difficult to book this hotel so the best way is to phone everyday to see if there is any opening. This hotel Is located in the center of everything, free bus to go around the village, and get to all the tours easily. The room is... More

I don't mind paying close to $300 for a night in Yosemite. Especially given the driving distances if you decide to stay out of the Park. I do mind paying this kind of money for a room with grossly stained carpets, bed covers in conveniently grayish green so it does not show the dirt, stuffy rooms with no A/C and... More

First impressions of the food court and hotel layout weren't good. However, these proved to be very wrong! The place is well run, well maintained and ideally located for exploring the valley. Free buses stop at the hotel and run around the valley floor, but we chose to walk. Formal eating in the restaurant was available and enjoyable, quick snacks... More

Having stayed at the Lodge in the past we were very happy and surprised to find that they had renovated the rooms, making them much more pleasant than in the past. Probably still aren't worth the price but the location makes everything okay!!! They do have a small refrigerator but no microwave. Our room did have a safe which is... More

We stayed 1 night in Yosemite lodge before heading over to the amazing Ahwahnee as they didn't have room our first night. It's a great lodge and we were impressed with what we paid for a park hotel. Much better than the lodges in Grand Canyon. The rooms are nice sized and have a woodsy feel. It was a comfortable... More

As this was my first trip to Yosemite, I didn't know what to expect. The "lodge" is actually a series of one- and two-story buildings. Luckily we got a 2nd floor room with a balcony. With the ceiling fan and leaving the sliding door open at night (the screen locks) and the front door panel open, the room cooled off... More

I love staying here the accommodation is quiet basic, but it's in the middle of the most beautiful valley I know. We had two queen beds a table, a chest of drawer s, an easy chair and some hanging space, and a fridge. A bathroom with a shower over the bath. Plenty of room to move around and a table... More
