Reserved One King Bed- Lodge Room $132+taxes/night for a winter visit in Jan. The on-line reservation worked well and, additionally we received email weather advisories/road closures prior to our visit. Overall, for the price expected a few more luxuries in the room. The room was pretty average and showed sign of wear but, we were not here to spend time... More

Dirty Rooms, lake of service in name of conservation. High price because they can since there are no other choices to stay in the park. Rooms are dusty and filthy. this was my second stay. Dining staff is very rude. Food is OK but again over priced. I cant justify the cost. More

No white Christmas in Yosemite Valley this year, but the Yosemite Lodge was a great place to gather with family for a few special days. Rooms were small but comfortable, especially sine we had all of the great outdoors beyond our door. Hard to call the rate "reasonable" but probably appropriate for a destination resort. We only ate in the... More

I LOVed it! The lodge was comfy. It is a 'lodge,' not a resort. We had a little patio facing the river & bike trail. It was so lovely. The autumn foliage renewed my senses and we loved the proximity to the super easy trail to the lower Yosemite water fall. Great location. The restaurant/cafeteria was good enough and cheap... More

This place has a silly 5pm check in. The staff seem to be programmed only to do just a few specialised tasks and are not much use beyond that. The accommodation blocks are poorly heated, poorly themed and are in need of renovation. Given that the hotel has a captive market, enjoys high occupancy with high prices there is no... More

See my previous review for my first impressions. This time, we requested a second floor room in a newer building. It did make a difference - the room seemed a bit nicer than last time, but this is still a 3 star experience at a 4 star price as expected. Spotted a Bobcat a few minutes away from the hotel... More

The Lodge at the Falls is not deluxe, but the room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Plus, you can't beat the location! We spent New Year's weekend at the lodge, and plan to return. The food court is definitely not fancy, but there's a lot of variety and the quality of the food is good. We ate one night at... More

We arrived at about 1:45pm and were told our room was ready which was nice. We were told that we could get lunch in the food court so we walked around there after checking in only to be turned away ,(along with about 5 others) by a very officious staffmember with absolutely no customer service skills, who informed us rudely... It wasn't cheap. It wasn't the best place we stayed. We had the run-around when we arrived (asked for a quiet room with a view, got given a room with NO view and unmade) but ended up with one with a view of the falls from our balcony. Rooms are about adequate - particularly for the money in high season,... More

My wife and I traveled to Yosemite National Park in January to attend the wedding of a friend. We spent two nights at the park’s Yosemite Lodge property, where we booked a Lodge Room at $132 per night. It goes without saying that Yosemite National Park is stunning. Even with rain and snow, the park was absolutely beautiful. The Yosemite... More
