Only provides the bare essentials. The place serves its purpose but is very overpriced for what you get which is basically a dorm room. It is in desperate need of a facelift and new beds. I realize this is not the Four Seasons but simple can be nice too.

We just returned from our Aug 9th-14th, 2014 Yellowstone trip. My husband and I stayed at Grant Village Lodge. We also had 22 family and friends staying at the Grant Village campground which included our 2 boys 19 & 21. Being inside the park trumped any negative of our stay at Grant Village. I'll admit there is lots of room... More

We stayed in a room in the lodge. It was clean with its own bathroom and a fan...nothing fancy, nothing extra. There was a bit of noise in the hall at night but nothing overbearing. It was an okay place, but I won't hurry to book my next reservation here.

My wife and I stayed here for a week in late June early july 2014. The room was clean and comfortable and serviced each day. Nearby there was a nice restaurant, cafe, and grocery store.lt was a little exspensive but great staying in the park. It would be nice if there was a small fridge in the room.

Room was clean but there was a lot of noise in the hotel. Thank goodness for ear plugs. The staff was friendly and the location is excellent to the Yellowstone Lake. Nothing special about the place except the bar of soap that looks like Smokey the Bear!

I believe there are nine hotels in Yellowstone. This place was a disappointment. Nothing special by any means. The check in office had nothing to offer for things to do, however there is a visitor center on the grounds. The grounds are so poorly designed. Nothing is grouped together. Very spread out, surrounded by trees, which is nice. Grant Village... More

The room was comfortable although outdated even for a rustic lodge. There are no elevators in this hotel so we had to muscle luggage up two flights of stairs. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom provided several opportunities for battle! The faucet in the bathroom sink was one that pulls up to turn water on... More

After reading the reviews on here, I was worried. However, this was a great place to stay in yellowstone. Yes, there are no TVs but it clearly says that when making the reservation. And in a national park, that is not why you are there. We did not buy Wifi but noted that cellular data was not possible either unless... More

We stayed at the Mammoth Hot Springs, Canyon Lodge, Grant Village, and Old Faithful Snow Lodge. Seems the deeper you go into the park, the better the hotels get. Grant Village was #2 of all, with OF Snow Lodge the best. No AC, spotty cell coverage, WIFI $11 a day and very marginal. good for email only, no webpages and... More

This motel is the work of amateurs. It was built recently enough that there are no excuses. The rooms are too small. There is no room for queen size beds, so they have double beds. The beds are reasonably comfortable and that is the best thing about the room. There is no chest of drawers or anywhere to store clothing,... More
