Just stayed at the Snow Lodge Western Cabins 7/18 - 7/22 (3 nights). The cabins are a great location and are not hot at night. They have 2 big windows and a smaller one. Maybe the lodge is hot at night but the snow lodge is very comfortable. The rooms are like you would expect at a National Park cabin.... More

Amenities and decor were pretty nice. Rustic, but fairly new lodge. Bathroom was fairly modern. Fairly good place to stay with many comforts of home. Bed was okay and did not sag. However, very noisy 1st floor room. People stomping around above us woke us a few times. Also, dog barking the first day down the hall. Service in Snow... More

We stayed in a premium lodge room with 2 Queen beds. In the park I had no idea what this would look like. Before we checked in we had walked around and went into the old faithful inn. It was crazy busy and swamped with people. We then found the Snow Lodge which sits in the parking lot behind the... More

If you charge $240 a night, please provide free wifi and enough cool air to sleep. Desk fan is a joke and the window doesn't open enough for air to circulate. Beds were ok, towels and shower were very weak. Pretty penny to spend for housing but if you are coming yo see Old Faithful, you really cannot best the... More

The rooms are small bit comfortable. We were disappointed that wifi wasn't free after the price paid per room. But the location can't be beat. Old faithful is just about right out the front door of the lodge. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. There is a keurig machine in the room for us coffee lovers.

Our family stayed here for two nights during our trip to Yellowstone. We booked this hotel a year ago. For $240/night this was the most expensive hotel with the least amenities. Of course we were staying here due to location but we will not return. No air conditioning, we didn't see any animals in the area, and wifi is not... More

We had a good sized room with enough room to put bags out of the way. Check in was quick & efficient. The room was simply but nicely decorated. There was no TV and a lack of power points near the desk. The room had a fridge. Water pressure in the bathroom was okay but the shower had a water... More

We'd booked a room in the hotel building around a year before our two night stay. On getting to the Old Faithful area we struggled to find the hotel entrance - the direction signs were on some turns, but not others. Eventually we found the small area where you can park to unload and were able to check in. The... More

Be clear, you are here to see Old Faithful, that's it. The rooms were clean and no frills, no tv, bad internet in the lobby for purchase. You need to get reservations to the Old Faithful Inn restaurant months in advance, though we saw folks going late to dinner around 8:30 and getting in after a solid wait. Old Faithful... More

My family and I stayed in the lodge for 3 nights. 2 at the beginning of our total yelowstone package tour and 1 at the end. It was very hot the week we were there and the windows are very small, not allowing for much air circulation. The small desk top fan helped, but there is no plug to put... More
