They are near the Wrangler St Elias National Park. This Lodge is beautiful, everything is in the one building, which I love... no walking in the rain to get to your room. Again, I have a view of parking lot on this land tour, otherwise it would have gotten a 5. The staff is so accommodating...that's what made this special.... More

I can't figure out why there aren't more three star ratings of this place. I travel a lot and review a lot on Trip Advisor and feel this places reviews are not in sync with my experience. The place is rustic and bare-bones.... Everything feels like it needs a remodel. The restaurants there feel a little greasy and not the... More

We were on a land tour and this was our first stop. Lovely lodge with separate cabins and wood burning stove...(wood provided). Beautiful grounds with stunning hanging floral baskets and gardens. We ate in the dining room and although a little pricey the food was very good with hearty portions.

I live in Alaska and try to avoid the tourism. The Princess Lodges really were built to support their tours so they are not places I usually stay. But I couldn't find a vacant B&B in Glennallen so decided to give the Copper River Lodge a try during my business trip. So glad I did. Quiet comfortable rooms, super clean,... More

Highly recommend staying! If you are looking for quiet reflection, come here. If you are looking for fun and adventure, come here. Outstanding service from manager to cleaning staff. Beautiful setting. This was part of a tour so we had others to compare it too. This was our favorite of three very nice resorts on the land part of our... More

After riding on a bus for hours of wilderness(to me) what a surprise when we pulled into the Copper RIver Princess WIlderness Lodge. There was a great bar and you could take your drinks outside and enjoy the beautiful view. The food and service in the bar were excellent. The main dining room service was very slow and needs improvement.... More

Why couldn't all of Princess Lodges/hotels be like this one. The most friendly and informative workers. The manager couldn't have been better. Princess should take a good look at him and learn from how well he runs things compared to their other lodges. From the s'mores nights, cookies the size of your face and hot chocolate, beautiful views, service, cleanliness,... More

We made reservations we in advance of our motorcycle trip to Alaska. Since we booked early we got a great rate. This was just a few miles down from Tok towards Valdez. The room was great, the staff was great, super clean and comfortable. Great views from the deck.

The lodge was BEAUTIFUL!!! Our view out the window was {OMG} BREATHTAKING!!! It was ALSO well staffed by KNOWLEDGEABLE & CAPABLE people!!! Something I LOVE to see when we are traveling! :o) The waitress we had, along with the restaurant manager, were NOT your typical "Have to go by the rule book" like we encountered at the Princess Kenai Lodge!!!... The lodge is an excellent place to stay. Nice clean rooms, quiet, friendly staff, good food, and awesome views. Stayed here on our way from Fairbanks to Valdez. Good stopping point. We didn't have a reservation, but they even discounted the room. We stayed in two Princess lodges and this one I liked the best.
