We booked VanCleef B&B for just a single night's stay while on our way home from Toronto, CA and Niagara Falls, NY. Having checked other reviews on TripAdvisor, we chose VanCleef B&B because it's in Seneca Falls and a short drive to beautiful Lake Cayuga. The inn's seconds from downtown Seneca Falls, NY, a historically important site of the Women's... More

Great weekend!!! The B&B was warm and welcoming. It was very clean and comfortable. Carol and her family were friendly and they were very knowledgeable about the area. The breakfasts were presented in a informal yet an elegant manner. The blueberry pancakes were a wonderful treat. Would love to stay here again!!! Beautiful area and the wineries and cheese farms... We spent a night at this very pleasant B&B around the memorial day weekend. Carol the host and innkeeper was so delightful and welcoming - She allowed us a single night on Friday even though it was a crowded weekend and also was accommodating with an early check in around 2:30 PM (The inn has an unusually late check-in time... Lovely inn with spacious room (front, 1st floor). Best feature is the luscious breakfast. Carol tries to ensure that she has guests' food restrictions covered. She is a wonderful cook. We had a delicious casserole of french toast and apples. The room was clean as a whistle.

Loved this B & B. Carol, the landlady was so welcoming and even stayed up late when we didn't make as good time as we had hoped and arrived quite late in the evening. She had tea and home made cookies waiting for us and even put breakfast back by half an hour so we could have a little bit... More

We spent one night in Seneca Falls on our way to Toronto. Although we were not enamored with the town, our stay in the VanCleef was pleasant. Carol is a wonderful host, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast very good.

Just returned from a weekend stay at the VanCleef and can't find enough good things to say! The bed was incredibly comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the hosts were just lovely. It felt like we were staying with family. Rooms are spotless, common living space is cozy and was a lovely place to enjoy a drink by the fire... More

Just spent three days at the VanCleef - perfect place to stay for the "It's a Wonderful Life" weekend. Convenient to the downtown, breakfasts were wonderful, and Carol was very good about giving directions to find all of the events. It was fun to chat with other Wonderful Life fans - rooms were very clean and comfortable. No television, which... More

We stayed at the B&B several times. The breakfasts are to die for!!! Rooms are very clean, and it is very close to the wineries. The Inn keepers are very nice, and the B&B is like staying at home.Carol gave us tips on where to go, and after a day of visiting the wineries, it was a pleasure to come... More

I stayed over night at VanCleef Homestead this week and it was just perfect. From the second I stepped through the door, innkeeper Carol made me feel right at home. From the engaging conversation to the claw foot tub and toasty warm and comfy room, I felt like I could settled in and completely unwind in the night I stayed... More
