Must stay longer than one night.. The most beautiful and impeccably clean B&B ever! Not one detail overlooked. Ditto Dittio Ditto to all of these other rave reviews. Beautiful and real people that work at detail! Thank you Karl and Joanne for this authentic walk back in time to beautiful surroundings. Stephen and Theresa Russo more

We just returned from a weekend stay at Hubbell House. We are not normally B&B people with one or two uncomfortably bad experiences before but all the Hotels we would consider staying at were booked. Reluctantly, I booked our weekend and hoped for the best. Upon our arrival I was concerned to see so many antique items and heavy draped... more

This B&B is the ultimate victorian experience -- objects and decorations galore, but not a speck of dust anywhere and the bed and room very comfortable. The breakfast was great and coffee was available for the early riser who wanted to sit on the porch and look at the lake before breakfast. Ask your hosts about Bedford Falls and "It's... more

From check-in to check out, this is a B&B experience like no other. The hosts are friendly and know the area very well. Their recommended eateries were right on target. The house is meticulously restored to Victorian charm and the room has grandma's feather bed for comfort. If you're traveling to Seneca Falls or going through to the Fingerlakes WIne... more

We got to stay at this excellent B&B for two nights. Karl and Joanne are gracious hosts. The home has been beautifully restored, has LOTS of interesting treasures, and the breakfasts are excellent (as is their hospitality). We enjoyed talking with them about all their work, and enjoyed the lake view as well. more

Karl & Joanne Elliott are your gracious hosts in this elegant, tasteful, and historic house. You'll enjoy all of the little details and collectibles that grace every room. The house sits right on the lake and is within walking distance of the village center. Karl is friendly and helpful in suggesting local attractions and activities. Joanne cooks the best breakfasts... more

I can't say enough about this place. The hosts are comfortable and warm without being intrusive. The place is decorated to the hilt but somehow it's still extremely comfortable and welcoming. It is both on a lake, and in walking distance to the great Seneca Falls downtown. The inn's little dock by the lake has comfortable chairs. My companion and... more
