They shouldn't have charged my card in the first place, until I arrived. Disputing this though my credit card company. I booked 5 weeks in advance, their policy is full refund if cancelled more than 2 days ahead. I cancelled 29 days ahead. 3 weeks later no refund yet!

This motel is a bit rundown, but the room was clean, had all the cable channels I wanted, had a fridge & coffee-maker, and bed was comfortable. It's outside Seneca Falls and it was quiet. Toward the weekend a lot of boaters stayed overnight, that seems to be a thumbs-up. Cost was reasonable. There's no pool or free breakfast, but... More

Room was extremely hot when we entered and took over two hours to cool down. The phone did not work. The television remote did not work. The bedspread had several cigarette burns in it - even though there was a warning of a $250 fine for smoking in the room. The shower was acceptable and the wifi service worked well.... More

We took a 2-day trip to Seneca Falls, NY to visit the National Women's Hall of Fame and the Women's Rights National Historical Park and were looking for reasonable lodging for one night. We found it at the Starlite, about 1/2 the price of the big corporate giants. It's your typical roadside motel and only 1 1/2 miles from downtown... More

We booked this motel online for 4 nights. We got into town earlier than we thought we would so I called the hotel to see if we could check in early and was told our room was not cleaned yet and would not be available until 3 pm. We visited with family until 5 pm and went to our room.... More

Dear Patron, We appologize for the misunderstanding from the counter staff. We were under the impression that you were leaving due to a family emergency and therefore did not want or need room service due to that fact. We were also under the impression that the two nights that were refunded, contrary to our refund policy, was well received and... More

On a cross country road trip with my daughter, we picked this place as we were on the way. Called ahead, and I thought we'd like to support a mom and pop place over a chain. For our $83 per night, it was O.K., I guess. We did have a refrigerator and free wifi. But the bathroom was very old,... More

A little bit if a drive into town of Seneca Falls. Manny ( the owner) is very pleasant and helpful. Room was small but adequate. Central heat was not on in August (despite overbite temperatures in the 50s) but he had a space heater to keep our old Florida bones from freezing!

We were skeptical about staying here. However it turned into a nice experience. The best thing about this motel are the managers. They go out of their way to make you feel right at home. It is clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower good. A good value for the price.
