My family lives in this area, do whenever we come home, my wife and I stay here. The hotel is romantic, modern, unique and a great value when compared to chains. Food is good, location is awesome, and front desk staff is always on the money. Only thing I would say is drink prices at bar can get a little... More

My wife and I have stayed at The Gould Hotel the last several years for the Wonderful Life Festival held the 2nd weekend of each December as this is the most convenient location of any nearby lodging. You are right in the middle of the action. The staff are very nice and helpful. When the hotel was renovated after being... More

Over a number of months, I worked with the hotel staff to book 8 rooms for a family event and a small banquet in a private dining room. Planning all of this via email and telephone went extremely well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Once at the hotel, we were very pleased with everything. The staff continued to... More

As everyone knows us and another couple stay at this hotel every year, so I am updating our stay for 2014. Still a charming hotel, clean and reasonably priced. the beds are very comfortable. We did find they installed a timer for the heat and cool, which is annoying, and our room the heater was noisy. I was shocked that... More

All these other reviews make me feel like I should take our lousy stay personally. First of all, when we checked into our room, there were cob webs hanging down from the chandelier over the bed. The floor, the window sills and bathroom mirror were dusty. Yet it looked as though the room had been serviced by the fresh towels,... More

This is a rather interesting "boutique" hotel. This building has clearly seen some history: heyday, deterioration into apartments, and a return as a hotel. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into the decor. The room was very spacious and painted in stark white, with wood floors, white linens, and a chandelier over the beds. The bathroom was... We were on our way home from a stay in Cleveland and decided to visit the Women's Rights National Historical Park in Seneca Falls. We saw an ad for The Gould Hotel and because years ago I had worked in the food industry and worked on Gould pumps I thought the hotel would be interesting. The rooms have been restored... More

We treated ourselves to a romantic getaway at the Gould Hotel in Seneca Falls. With freshly renovated rooms, comfortable beds, no carpets, modern mixed with old fashion setting, little attentions like dimers on the lights, ipod station, lots of closet space, huge bathrooms, big windows. Staff was VERY friendly, we were in a super mood and they added to it.... More

This boutique hotel is ideally placed to explore the main parts of the finger lakes and very quick and convenient, to reach from I90. Spent a Friday night in a Queen suite and we could not have been happier, started the weekend with the perfect feeling. The decor is a modern glitz look that perfectly blends modern with an historic... More

My husband and I spent our wedding night here 25 years ago and decided to return for our anniversary. We had the king suite which was comfortable and spacious. Ate dinner in the restaurant the first night. Best meal of the whole weekend. Highly recommend. Perfect home base for wine touring.
