This boutique hotel is ideally placed to explore the main parts of the finger lakes and very quick and convenient, to reach from I90. Spent a Friday night in a Queen suite and we could not have been happier, started the weekend with the perfect feeling. The decor is a modern glitz look that perfectly blends modern with an historic... More

My husband and I spent our wedding night here 25 years ago and decided to return for our anniversary. We had the king suite which was comfortable and spacious. Ate dinner in the restaurant the first night. Best meal of the whole weekend. Highly recommend. Perfect home base for wine touring.

After 2 subpar dinners in the area we checked Trip Advisor and found the Gould restaurant. Jessica was our server and she was top notch in spite of being alone. Wine and cocktails with generous pour and drink well made. My friends had the scallops and I the Yankee pot roast. All were perfectly prepared. More expensive (but not unreasonable)than... More

This hotel has a good location to the restaurants in town and the shops. As we were passing through, we didn't experience much of that but we did have dinner at one of the local spots. Pros: The decoration in this hotel was really nice. Very modern and catered more to a boutique type of look. Location was great and... More

We had dinner last Saturday night at the Gould Restaurant. We had a reservation, but would never have needed it. The place only had a few other diners during our 7:30 time slot. The french onion soup was delicious. My husband ordered Scallop Gratin, which he enjoyed very much and I think was around $19. It came served with a... More

European or Soho, minimalist feeling with strong value. Comfortable, functional bathroom. Clean, tasteful, decor. Restaurant with hearty choices and strong service. I had the pot roast and my son had the thin crust pizza- both well prepared. Downtown Seneca Falls location with ample parking. Free internet and complementary breakfast. TV is a little complicated. Already booked our next trip. Strong... More

My sister and I stayed at the Gould for a girls' getaway, and this was the perfect hotel for the occasion. Tim and Jimmy at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating and offered us a great deal on an available room when we arrived in the late afternoon without a reservation. They even stored our leftover food from... More

For the $200+/night price tag I was expecting much more from this hotel. This is the old Clarence hotel although I had never stayed there when that was the name, I will review the Gould. Positives: the room was very spacious, which was great, and very pretty with a chandelier hanging above each bed. The bathroom was beautifully designed with... More

Drift asleep to the whir of the air conditioner, the hum of a passing car on the street below, and the rhythmic thump-thump-thump of the bed above you. Ah yes, we’re all adults and adults have ‘relations’, but for as classy and elegant as the Gould Hotel would like you to think it is, my stay sounded a lot more... More
