We stayed here two nights, as we were in town for college visits. The traffic was horrible, but we had an okay commute into DC for our two days there. THe hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. Our room was adequate, and the breakfast was superb!

Our family traveled from northeast Ohio to the Outer Banks for vacation this year with an 8 year old, 2 year old and 3 month old. This hotel was great because of the pool, easy highway access and large living spaces.

This property is a bit dated, but the value is incredible. We got the penthouse suite, which is a kitchen, big downstairs room with murphy bed, fireplace, downstairs bath, then upstairs master bed loft and bathroom.
