For a short get away, the Hotel is conveniently located. Plenty of nearby restaurants and near the mall. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The Engineer is expert at problem solving and very attentive to customer concerns. I've stayed many times and have recommended both family and friends.

If you want customer service forget it. If they make a mistake you pay. No amenities, room was dirty. Checked out early. Long distance from metro. For the rate you can easily get closer to the city for the same price or less.

I stayed here for about 7 weeks and have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and its staff. Everyone was very helpful wether I needed clean towels, a suggestion for dining or directions on how to use the rail system. I would stay here again and again.
