Turned up in Hots Springs as part of a three week road tour. The town itself, though very historic, was a little run down in places. Quite a few of the buildings were vacant and in need of some attention. To be honest we thought we'd made a mistake staying there. The Red Rock Resort Hotel has a red brick... More

Old hotel with large rooms and comfortable bed! Great Spa and staff! A really relaxing night and so different from the regular hotel stays! You can see the rooms before you get it. Stairways to rooms, no elevator. No breakfast so plan ahead for your morning meal. Hot coffee provided.

Did a cross-country trip and decided to stay in Hot Springs because...I liked the name of the town. We booked here and do not regret it for a second. Handsome dudes staffing the front desk who were kind & helpful, for a few extra dollars you get 24 hour access to the hot tub, sauna & sand & granite heat... More

First off, this is a darling town. I'm glad we didn't stay in Keystone or Custer City. This town is the real deal. Old, stone buildings. A river runs through it. Great ambiance in a small, quiet, real-deal town not 100% there for tourists. It looked like there was a great running/walking path alongside the river. I wish we'd been... More

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! After we both worked a night shift and drove hours to Hot Springs, my companion forgot which hotel we made reservations at weeks before...which was problematic at first, but turned out to be a good thing, because it led us to this hotel :) The woman who checked us in and... If you like historic buildings and cool architecture, Hot Springs is worth the stop and we would stay at the Resort again in a heartbeat. Our room was SPOTLESS and the bathroom had been renovated to spa quality - stone tile floors, the biggest bathtub I've ever seen, sooooo nice after a day on the road. We were only in... More

Our stay was wonderful at this hotel. The room was large and had everything we needed from a king size bed to a nice seating area to a small refrigerator. We were in a corner room on the second floor which overlooked Hot Springs. The person at the front desk was very helpful and even helped us carry our bags... More

A charming place in a restored old sandstone building. Rooms are quite nice with high ceilings. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The spa is great - it has a hot tub, sauna and two warm rooms. The massage therapist was quite good and the price was reasonable. We also really liked that they have a shared living/dining room area... More

Red Rock River Resort has taken a very old building and modernized the inside so as to meet your every need. We wre met by a very polite hotel clerk and given a tour of the saunas, hot sand and granite rooms, massage rooms, library, and eventually our room. Impressive. They even give you a key to the front door... More

This was a quick overnight stop and I was lucky to get a park out front. With no elevator, it was a challenge getting my bag up and down the stairs. I was given a corner room called Blue Iris, which wasn't blue and had a picture of irises. It was nicely decorated and looked more Asian-inspired than anything else.... More
