Stayed at Sundowners for 2 nights. No elevator and ac unit made an awful racket. Had to clean the air filter it was filthy. Light and vent in bathroom connected and made an awful racket when on as well. Bed was nice and staff were pleasant. Rooms in need of update. PSR Wichita Kansas

We stayed one night on the beginning of a Mt. Rushmore vacation. The hotel check in went smoothly. Our room was a family suite which was spacious and included a microwave and refrigerator. The mattress was somewhat aged but not to the point of discomfort. The room was clean and everything was in working condition. The breakfast in the morning... More

Even with a call ahead to advise of a late arrival and receiving assurance that the room would be ready and available. We arrived and the were told that all rooms had been rented. After a call to the manager we were told they could clean a room for us however there would not be any room keys available. This... More

This hotel is nasty. There is no elevator and it is terribly run down. We rented the "executive Suite" only to find a musty smelling dirty room. The worse part of the whole experience was the pubic hairs in the shower. Not one, not two but many many pubic hairs all over the shower. It was disgusting.

Room was clean and housekeeping did a good job, but bathroom small and older. Pool was very small and very cold. Breakfast was o.k. but not kept up very well. Outside of hotel not very inviting, but inside was clean.

I stayed one night in a king size room. Bed was super comfortable and rooms are quiet. The swimming pool area was open till midnight. I got a very good price for the hotel and as such price/value is very good. Berakfast had a large variety of items and more than enough food to start the day; good coffee. Free... More

I travel to Hot Springs every year for a golf tourney and I've stayed at this motel for the past couple years. It can be a little loud. They do allow pets because a dog was barking in the next room. Overall I would recommend this motel. I've been a diamond member of Hilton Hhonors for 15 years so I... More

Only stayed for one night in the Executive Suite which was spacious and spotlessly clean, great comfy bed and pillows. Staff were friendly and very helpful and the continental breakfast was good if you made your own waffles, plenty of choice including fresh juice and coffee. Would definitely stay again

I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years. I have tried cheaper hotels in Hot Springs. You get what you pay for. I always know I can count on a clean room with all the amenities and a good breakfast in the morning. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. It is one of the more... More

refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer not working. A/C very loud (it rumbled and shook continuously). Carpet was dirty. Attendant at desk was rude. Cost was double what was on the sign. Ventilation in the pool/ hot tub room was very inadequate. The Bromine/Chlorine levels actually made all of us cough and we have to leave the area. Breakfast was OK but... More
