“The Best Residence Inn I've Ever Stayed At!”

I've stayed at many Residence Inn's in the past, but this is - by far- the absolute BEST Residence Inn I've EVER stayed at! “Very disappointed with Residence Inn”

During a weekend visit to Cincinnati, my husband and I stayed at the Residence Inn and were very disappointed. The price of the hotel is pretty high compared with the outdatedness of the rooms, the upkeep, cleanliness, etc. Upon arrival, we cancelled our reservation for the next night & switched hotels. “Marriott Does It Right!”

This was a extraordinary stay! The whole staff from the front desk to maintenance went above and beyond the call of duty. Since their renovation in 2003, the whole property is my "home away from home" now.
