I chose this particular hotel bc of its upgrades and close proximity to Kings Island. We came for our wedding anniversary. The hotel itself was very nice - remodeled and clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable I had ever slept in at a hotel. No complaints whatsoever about the room quality. HOWEVER - the walls are thin.... more

This hotel cost us $67 a night, and when we needed to stay an extra night(Friday) they gave us the same price. The room had a nice large Kings size bed and a sofa sleeper. It was so worth it. The few problems we encounter were fixed by the front desk, but the housekeeping was odd, one day the didnt... more

This hotel has recently been updated so don't be put off by the older reviews! The hotel now has a very modern decor with new paint, furniture and bedding. It was an amazing value at $79 per night for a King room. Our room was located at the end of the hall so I was worried about noise from people... more

We stayed at this hotel and I was very impressed. Our room was freshly painted, very clean. I thought I was going to have to complain because we couldn't get sofabed to pull out, but to our surprise we just had to tip the couch over and untie the strings because we had a brand new, never used sofabed. We... more

We were driving into Cincinnati and needed a break, we should have driven the extra hour or so to our preplanned hotel. We chose this place because they had a coupon in the local travel book, first mistake. The room smelled. The sheets were stained with what I hope was cool aid. The room was filthy. It was so bad... more

We stayed at this hotel and it was the worst ever.First off we had no water pressure so you could not even take a shower.Someone did not lock the pool gate so there were some people who went in after midnight and the front office would not make them leave so we were kept up all night. We ask for a... more

We had a group staying there and nearly everyone had problems: magnetic cards not working, plumbing & electrical problems, no clean towels in the rooms. The coffee pot in the breakfast area was broken for 2 mornings. When making reservations, we were told the breakfast included biscuits & gravy but there wasn't any the 5 mornings we were there. Even... more

My family and I went to Kings Island for the Memorial Day Weekend. We did not make reservations but we needed a place to stay. We stayed at this hotel last year. The hotel has updated many things since last stay. I was very impressed with their new Bedding. The extra pillows on the bed was nice. The staff is... more

Room ok, liked couch with queen bed; bed itself seemed old and/or cheap; expected a wider variety of hot foods for breakfast (no scrambled eggs, no sausage/gravy/biscuits), but offering was ok with waffles, juice, etc.; free USA Today in lobby; smoky smell in lower level hallway; overall ok for price, easy to get to from I-71 (look for Bob Evans,... more

We booked a weekend at the Comfort Inn across the street to go see a baseball game. When we got there they couldn't open our door so they paid for our first night at this dump. A dump it is!! It smelled bad to start off. The blanket had poop on it and our sheets had blood stains!! Also we... more
