I had read some awful reviews online. I did request a room in the new tower. I was pleasantly suprised! The room was clean and very quiet! Walking distance to Fountain Square. Free limo bus to the Horseshoe Casino. Macys is very close. One negative is it talk about 45 minutes to check in.... Great breakfast buffet at the Hilton... More

My wife and I stayed here one night after attending a Reds game and hanging out with local friends. I named my price for $60, and they accepted. Had I paid full price ($130), I would have been extremely unsatisfied. The room was just ok, the bathroom had some mold/mildew in the shower, the ceilings in the room had water... More

Maybe 2.5 stars. I stayed for a half marathon a few weeks ago because I got a room for $130. It was a room with a bed, that was at least comfortable. It's also downtown Cincinnati, so it's within walking distance to a good amount of things to do. I feel like it could use some major remodeling and updates... More

Great location, great service, great rooms at affordable prices! Great service from all the staff. Only downside: you have to pay for wifi in your room (but it is free in the lobby). We had that room for under 80$ via a third party web site where you can't see the hotel you choose before checking out of the web... More

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. Yes, the décor is somewhat outdated, but my room was always clean and the staff was nice. The worst problem I had was with the spotty wifi. I would stay there again.

Most hotels in this area are $200 a night or more. This one was under $200 and we could walk to the ball park for the Reds game the next day. We like to park and walk to everything. I read several of the reviews online that weren't great but we decided to take a chance. I'm glad we did... More

As other reviewers have said, this hotel is in serious need of updating. This includes all areas of the hotel. Very outdated decor, not super clean either. The staff was really the only upside to our stay. We got a fantastic rate as we were there for the Flying Pig but I had friends who stayed later and paid their... More

This hotel is in a great location for downtown Cincinnati, but it is old and dated. Our room was located in the North Tower, 16th floor. The beds were rails creeked, the bath room could was clean at best, but need to be updated. There was an old metal trash can that had cause a brown ring on the floor,... More

We had 2 families, each of 5, and we had 2 rooms for a 1 night for a Cincinnati Reds game. Location was best with walking distance to the stadium. Walking into the hotel it was very elegant looking and clean, but very deceiving. On our way in we grabbed a luggage cart. We was immediately approched by a bell... More

This is the only negative review I have ever posted. This place is dirty and the staff are rude and lethargic. Rooms were filthy from top to bottom. From the front desk to the restaurant and bar staff...incredibly rude. I was expecting a lovely, charming hotel...not. The pool area is modest with a few chairs, and it was promoted as... More
