Although the sign outside says "Holiday Inn Express Now Open," this is clearly a renovated hotel, not a new one -- and it needs more work. Our 2 queen room was smaller than in other HIE properties, and the bathroom was very cramped. Pros -- The "Great Room" used for breakfast is lovely with fireplace and big windows. Our trip was quick, but the time we spent at this HI Express was memorable. The room was exceptionally clean, the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was just what we needed before a day at King's Island. We will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area! more
