The rooms at this hotel was not up to the standards of other Hyatts. The room we were in was very dated, but was clean and comfortable. The rooms seem long overdue for some updating. We did get a nice river view, though. As a diamond elite, I was offered amenities when I checked in. I chose the cheese platter... more

I was disappointed with the Hyatt Regency in Cincinnati. The bath tub had mildew, the pillows were like sand bags, the elevators were slow, the carpet felt dirty, there was no vent in the bathroom so after showering you can't get ready in there because it so foggy, and there were maybe 20 channels on the tv. The location of... more

I will be more careful in the future when booking a hotel with double beds instead of queen beds. It would have been better staying in a suburban location that would have had better lighting in bathroom and (larger room for that matter). The staff was helpful and cheerful, but hotel overall is dated and needs to renovate and include... more

The service is AWESOME - from the time we walked in until the time we left! Normal Hyatt room - clean - could use a little updating - but the service makes up for it. Within a 7-8 minute walk to the Ball Diamond - flet safe many people waling. Within a 3 minute walk to downtown shopping. Restaurants are... more

Nice Hotel close to everything downtown. A short walk to the Stadium, Underground Railroad Museum, Fountain Square, etc. Great customer service by valet and front desk. Rooms are a teeny bit worn, but in good shape overall. We had two adjoining rooms connected thru a center door. Bed Linens and towels were top notch. Rooms were very clean. more

Like many of the other reviews, I found the staff to be very accommodating - for problems they shouldn't have to fix! Hyatt upgraded their bedding (to keep pace with Westin & Marriott) but Hyatt has alot to learn about maitenance. I was attending a conference so I wanted a down-town hotel. I did some comparison shopping and found the... more

We had a perfect stay over Memorial Day weekend. We were put on the 21st floor, with an awesome view of river, and were not charged for an upgrade. Everything sparkling clean, service was top notch. A huge thank you to Allison and Nikki who really went the extra mile to give us personal service (we had a complicated reservation,... more

I really enjoyed my two day stay at the Hyatt. I have worked at hotels and have stayed at a score of different hotels. The cleanliness is the tops there. It was a great location and ease of getting booked and checked out. The valet was surperb. It was close to the Fountain Square, and the service really was excellent.... more

Your average business hotel, I had a corner room that was very small and the bathroom was claustrophobic. No flat screen TVs but decent work out room- though the weight room water was empty and there were dirty towels on the floor. My A/C unit did not seem to be working either. Lobby sports bar is ok. Also, no hotel... more

The room we had was 18th floor. I used priceline and we arrived about 2 hrs after check-in time. Our bags were taken for us upstairs, we were upgraded to a deluxe room, which I did ask for at the desk, and they complied with no extra charges. I used e-concierge, a service hyatt has through their website, we had... more
