STAY AWAY!! This was a mess and no bargain. Upon arrival I was directed to a washroom with a sign that said "Closed for renovation." That's ok, said the clerk, go ahead. That condition and attitude applies to the whole place. And the rates don't reflect that the place is in need of major overhaul. The room? Torn dirty carpeting,... more

the quality inn was the worst hotel that i ever stayed in just the experiance alone was horrable, when trying to find the hotel we got lost ended up in the ghetto. We finnaly found the hotel and learn that it is right next to a intersection of a highway (confusing place to find). however when waiting to check into... more

This was recentlly converted from a Ramada (you can still see the outline of the letters on the outside of teh building). Hopefully Quality inns will require some upgrade to the facilities, because it needs it. The bad - rooms were dated and very worn. The cabinets/furniture showing lots of scuff marks/stains/scratches etc... The bathroom doorknob had pushed a hole... more

I would never stay at this hotel again. I was in town for a Reds game, and before checking out we found a 2 inch cockroach actually in our bed. We saw another one dead on the carpet. The glasses in our room had a brown liquid in them as we checked in. Most disguisting hotel I've been too. Front... more

My husband and I usually stay in lower to mid-priced hotels when we travel. While I was thrilled with the low prices and had high hopes due to the Ramada name/reputation, I was very, very disappointed. We had a room with a king bed and stayed for three nights over a weekend. When we got into our room, the shower... more

Hotel is old and not in a safe neighborhood. Cab driver told us not to walk outside at all as someone had just been shot and killed across the street. Woke up at 5am to find small bugs all over bed and pillows in both beds in the room. Complained to the front desk and ended up getting our money... more

We were in town to see a Reds game. We just needed a bed since we were going to check in, head to the ballpark, return, and check out the next morning. The hotel is older. I expected worse because of some of the reviews, but we waited too late to make reservations anywhere else. The hall on our floor... more

I was checking in about 9:30 PM, there was 2 people working the front desk and it still took about 30 minutes to check in. The one was new but the other seen that she was having issues and he still just chatted with another person checking in about some club they both go to. Once he finally helped her,... more

I would not stay here again nor would I recommend that anyone else does! We were on a road trip of the States and on the way out of Cincinnati saw the Ramada right before we got on the highway and decided to pull in. We were given a price of $80 dollars so decided to park up and stay... more

I stayed at the Ramada, Cincinnati for a weekend. The front desk was very nice with a pleasant staff. The staff was helpful. The area surrounding the hotel is kind of "dead" at night. It's located right next to the freeway, so easy access to everything. You will need to drive everywhere, except for the white castle hamburger joint/gas station... more
