The Embassy Suites Blue Ash had the misfortune of us staying another Embassy Suites just a couple of weeks ago and now I have something to compare this property to. We were visiting family in Mason and got a great deal at this hotel with a 15% off promotion. The check in was quick and seamless. We were provided a... more

The hotel is around 12 miles from central Cincinnati, its easy to get to, just off I-71 at junction 15. Around there are a few other hotels, straight across the street there is a bar/pub and a little down the road is a great restaurant called Apsara (Asia food). The hotel itself is good on the surface, nice reception, half... more

We stayed here while visiting Kings Island. We'll be back again, but the hotel does have some room for improvement. Pros: Nice public areas. Room clean. Good breakfast. Hotel in safe area of town. Friendly staff. Cons: In the pool area, hottub and mens toilet not working properly. At checkin there was a coffee mug on the floor outside my... more

We stayed here for one night and renjoyed the hotel. The room could use some T.L.C. -- wallpaper border peeling, painting missing from the wall leaving 3 big holes where the hangers were. The lobby and common areas are nice. The kids loved looking for the fish and turtles in the "stream" that runs through the common areas. The pool... more

This hotel is nice in side, looks older on the outside. It is an older hotel, and the atrium is very nice. People are nice as well. The rooms we older, and dark. more

I had the room next to the person who wrote the next review, just a couple of things to add. I had stayed here 2 years ago and the hotel hasn't changed at all. It's very well kept up, front desk staff was great, and the cook for breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Housekeeping leaves a little to be desired. My... more

The Embassy Suites was our base for 3 nights while we visited Kings Island and relatives in the area. Good location-set within a nice corporate area, and within 15 minutes of Kings Island. Also convenient to several chain restaurants and easy access to 75,71, and 275. Check-in and check-out were fast, easy, and accurate. Great breakfast with plentiful choices and... more

I love Embassy Suites and this one is good but the rooms do need to be updated a bit. The furniture and TV's are a litle be dated. Also the sound proofing is not the best but I did not have noisy neighbors. The atrium and public areas are very nice. Free breakfast is excellent and the free happy hour... more

Recently my husband, 11 month old twins, and I came back from our family's first vacation together from Cincinnati. We had a wonderful time in Cincinnati and at the hotel. This hotel mainly caters to business clients but also is very good with vacationers. We stayed monday to tuesday and were probably the only people on vacation. The room was... more

I stay at the Embassy Suites every few months on business. It is a solid value for business travel. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the free breakfast is good and they have an indoor pool and jacuzzi with waterfall that is nice after a long day. It certainly is not a luxury property, but... more
