We were very pleased with our three-night stay at Six Acres. Though it's a bit of a drive to downtown, access was easy to the interstate. The neighborhood and surrounding acreage made it feel like we were no where near the city, though we were. The setting is serene and very historical. The staff is great! Everyone made us feel... My daughter & I stayed there while visiting the city for an event. I really enjoyed my stay, the other guest, and the staff. I felt like I stayed with relatives. I will definitely stay there the next time Im in the city

Built in1850's and sits off a Main Street, secluded on 3 sides with woods. Finding it driving north on I-75 a bit of a challenge. Take Exit 4, if you are brave..but recommend taking 126 West to Hamilton Ave. and go south. Inn is on your left/east side. Driving South in I-75, take 275 East to Hamilton or continue south... More

We spent three nights at Six Acres earlier this month. The main house is lovely and well appointed. We stayed in the annex house in a large room with private bath and access to a kitchen, dining area and living room. The annex isn't as pretty as the main house but it was comfortable and well maintained. Breakfasts were great... More

Six Acres Bed and Breakfast sits on a high hill just outside downtown Cincinnati on the edge of a beautiful forested park. Originally built by an abolitionist in the 1800s, it served as a safe house for people escaping the horrors of southern slavery, offering them respite and hiding in what must have been incredibly harrowing journeys. As you drive... More

This historic Inn and charming innkeeper made our overnight stop memorable. The location was perfect for an easy on and off the highway 75. The innkeeper's dinner recommendation in the neighborhood was also a delightful surprise. The breakfast was hearty and homemade.

My girlfriend and I have been staying at the Six Acres B&B for the past weekend. We are in town as bridesmaids, and we have had a lovely girls getaway at this inn. We had booked the Sallie Mae room, and when we arrived on Thursday, there had been a mix up with the check ins, and so our hostess... More

This was a very interesting B&B, simultaneously outstanding in parts and run down in others. We stayed in Annie's Suite which is really charmingly decorated and extremely spacious. I stayed with 3 kids under ten and they all loved it. The staff were all very warm and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious. The highlight of our stay was being given... More

My best friend and I spent a long weekend in Cincinnati, our first to the city (and the state). We are history buffs, and were excited about the Underground Railroad connection, although we were never able to get any details on that from the staff. We stayed in the main building. (The 7 Acres rooms are in another, newer, house... More

I really wish I could write a great review about this B&B. If the review were based on the proprietor Mark, it would be great. Unfortunately, I have to base most of my review on the facilities. The stay got off to a good start when we arrived. Mark greeted us with a plate of fresh baked cookies. He was... More
