Attempted to check in, took 10 minutes, for her to find a room, not including the many interruptions from other people checking prices etc., during the check in process. Finally got keys and entered room only to find water all over the floor and the toilet tank completely missing. Went back, finally got keys to another room which would not... More

Ashley S at the front deck was wonderful!! Very helpful and a great multi tasker. However, the beds are old and very uncomfortable! The pillows were so flat they just needed to be out in the trash! The water pressure in the sink was a trickle! Most all rooms smelled like smoke

At times I needed something or something done I could rely on Sena at the front desk.. She not only went above and beyond, but met and exceeded all of my expectations.. Thank for a job well done.. As for the property it was in the process of changing management for the better . over all my room was ok... More

Dirty! Dirty! Dirty! Even though they say they are renovating! Even the newly renovated rooms are already dirty and neglected! I wish I would of read reviews before I checked inn! If I would of checked in with sun light exposing the hidden filth... I would of ran from the place before spending the night. Bathroom had built up dirt... More

Stayed here for Kid Rock concert. Although rooms have been renovated, the creepers hanging outside of building are a huge turn off. Weird , it seemed like the area was decent but not this place. Smelled cigarette smoke in my room all night. Just gave us the creeps. As soon as sun came up my husband said lets go home...pulled... More

We had to be moved from our original room as the first was not cleaned, it was obvious - beds not made. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and it was sticky. The next room was not much better, but we were both tired and it was in better condition. I was covered in bites the... More

The staff member who checked us in was friendly and efficient. Our room was basic and comfortable--the beds were fine and we ended up with a room with a fridge. The motel seemed full, but it was a quiet, peaceful night. Of course there are fancier places to stay, but if you just need a place to lay your head,... More

This was an overall good stay, rooms where big, close to the free way which is always a plus, but not close enough to hear traffic. Pretty clean. Decent price. Friendly employees. Called the office for extra towels and the person working Ronnele came and brought me towels! Never had that happen before buy it was great

Room smelled bad when we first walked in but we were in a hurry to get a concert that nite. We just dropped our bags off and changed our clothes. When we got back to our room at 1200, we pulled back the sheets to go to sleep and there were black spots on the sheets, then after pulling the... More

I booked two rooms for two nights each; 4 months in advance. The rooms I reserved were non smoking rooms with King Beds and micro/fridge. Upon arrival I was immediately turned off by how dilapitated the exterior was. However, nothing could prepare me for the room itself. The room was nasty! The bedspreads were old, the blankets were worn and... More
