I am also wondering about the good reviews?? Our room was $59+ night and not worth it. Window seals broken so window is all discolored and opaque if you try to look out(to the dumpster). Horrible stale smoke smell coming from the back "smoking" wing. Carpets heavily stained in outside halls and inside room. Lamp shades torn. All lighting too... More

Bad: 1) Hotel desk gave our reserved/paid for suite to someone else, who happened to be my sister and her family, because she arrived to the hotel first. 2) We were then given a standard room (we did receive a credit for the difference), which was directly above my sister's suite (which should have been my suite!). Went to take... More

After reading all the reviews about how wonderful this hotel was, I must admit I was quite disappointed. It was truly a $50 hotel, nothing more. Adequate but certainly nothing special. I would not go back.

The decorations were nice and the continental breakfast was fresh and tasted good. The are has a lot of restaurants and shopping, so that is also a... More

I was there over Thanksgiving and fell in love with the hotel because of its sunny courtyard atrium with a nice-sized indoor pool and hot tub. The hotel also contains a small theater and other fun and unusual amenities. The staff was also extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay there anytime I'm in Cincinnati!

Don't judge a book by its cover. When we pulled into the parking lot we were disappointed. The paint is chipping and to be honest it looked pretty run down. But, we went inside and were so surprised!!!! The interior is awesome!! They are in the process of remodeling and apparently are working on the rooms and lobby first. I... More
