I stayed at this hotel on a recommendation from a co-worker who had stayed here last week. WOW!!! This hotel is brand new and Comfort Suites went WAY out of their way to beat their competition. The Hampton across the street is aging and customer service has left something to be searching for. Between the marble floors throughout the lobby and breakfast room, to the HUGE suites this place is awesome. My room even had a full kitchen and living area, seperate from the bedroom. The flat panel HDTV was also na nice surprise. The breakfast was complimentary and had eggs and bacon one morning and biscuits and gravy the next morning. The lady at breakfast was so friendly and attentive. She made it feel like I was at home, the whole time I was there. The entire was so friendly and attentive. I was visiting Cincinnati Financial which is right across the street. But anyone visiting the area should definately stay at this hotel! more
