I recently stayed at this property when visiting family. The positives are the hotel pool, pet friendly policy, and free breakfast. The negatives were overall public area/guest room cleanliness, worn out guest room furnishings and the fact that the hotel is difficult to find thru a maze of shopping center parking lots. The service that the staff provided was inconsistent... more

breakfast was okay but I was there on business and could not get a lot of work done there wireless internet was weak. I moved rooms both rooms weak. They had no business center, the hotel is a franchise, because it is not near the quality I'd expect from a Hilton product. no spa jest a pool more

When we checked in there was an issue with the internet rate we were quoted but after I found my paperwork they corrected the rate but it took my having to prove to them the rate quoted. Our first room smelled very bad from cigarette smoke and they agreed to move us into a non smoking room like we had... more

I've never really had a bad experience with a Hampton Inn, and this was no different. We stayed here for three nights in mid-July when we came to Cincinnati for a wedding. Between our family, my wife's parents, her brother, her cousins, and her grandma we had five rooms and everybody enjoyed the stay. The breakfast was great, the pool... more

I'm so impressed with Hampton Inn, they're my new best friend. The front doors opened but the main ones were locked until the manager buzzes you in (at 11:30 at night) a nice security feature. Then there were cookies at the desk to welcome us...I'm sold. They have a 24 hour gym (no fee to use it), a full awesome... more

stayed there feb 28,29-07 I had the same experiece as the previous writer. The staff has a problem. It seems to be run by a bunch of kids who think they are doing you a favor by checking you in. The eyeballing part and not feeling particularly welcome is right on. The room itself wasn't bad and the hotel is... more

Staff was just OK - did not make me feel welcome. Guest rooms were a little dirty. I guess I'd rather the full service hotel selction. They boast of a free breakfast, let me tell ya' I'd rather starve than try to go back for a second cup of coffee with the manager eyeballing me. I think the hotel is... more

We stayed at this excellent hotel while driving, it was simply an overnight, quick stay to break up the drive. The breakfast is a highlight, with many fresh, warm and cold options. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are much more than you'd expect at this price. Overall, a top value. more

This Hampton Hotel is quite clean and a good place to stay if you are traveling with your pet as they are pet friendly and have areas of large green space (vacant lot, but green all the same) to exercise your dog. (Don't forget to scoop!) Like all Hamptons, this one has had a bit of facelift with more modern... more

I stayed at this hotel in February, 2005 while visiting family in the Eastgate/Batavia area of Cincinnati. The hotel is in a great location within Eastgate and is minutes from Eastgate Mall and several other shopping and dining establishments. There is also a very good steakhouse located just in front of the hotel that handles their room service. I was... more
