This facility is nice, but not quite on par with what we are accustomed to when staying with Marriott. Although the lobby has recently been renovated...and quite nicely, I might add...the rooms are a little tired. Carpet is beginning to fray at threshholds and wallpaper is curling in several places. Overall, our room was very clean with one horrific and... More

I travel to this part on Cincinnati at least once a year and tried this hotel for the first time, based upon the Marriott affiliation and location. I was given one of the handicap accessible rooms, although I don't need it. The room was clean but in need of an update. My room faced I-71 and there was a lot... More

We stayed at the Springhill Suites during President's weekend (mid February). We stayed in the two double bed room. There was also a pull out couch which we did not use. The beds were very comfortable for us, but they were soft, maybe too soft for some people if you need a firm mattress. Plenty of pillows. The bathroom sink... More

We spent 2 nights at this hotel in late December. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I think that the hotels needs an update as it is heavily used for Kings Island during the warmer months and looks tired. The breakfast selection was OK and it was nice to have a mini mart in the lobby... More

The bed was awesome and I slept very well. Quiet facility and a step above the TownePlace Suites next door. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had the pleasure of staying at SpringHill Suites By Marriott in Northeast Cincinnati last weekend. I was visiting Kings Island and this was my first stay at a SpringHill Suites Hotel. I was very impressed with the room I stayed in. It was extremely clean and my king size bed was heavenly. Plenty of fresh pillows and an attractive... More

Nice moderately priced hotel near Kings Island amusement park. We stayed with our three kids after going to Kings Island. The room is not huge, but it's big enough for the five of us for one night. It was clean which is the most important thing for me. Beds are only full size, not queen and "ok" in the comfortable... More

On a yearly trip to Kings Island, I always stay at this hotel. Food is great, cleam rooms, very comfortable beds, and staff is very friendly and accomidating. They have added flat screen TVs which is a nice touch, but only one is now in the room and swivels in order for you to see it from either direction in... More

This was a disappointing Springhill Suites. Thank goodness we had navigation, or we would have never found it. It is way back in a subdivision. This property apparently was not a Springhill Suites before. They are changing it into one, but the quality was lacking. There was no wi-fi in the room, and the computer in the lobby was not... More

Reserved a king suite. Pros: Close to Kings Island and The Beach with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Price was reasonable ($120/nt, including breakfast) for 3 adults, plus a 3 and 5yr old. King bed was new and comfy. Carpeting seemed newer. Never heard noise from other rooms. Room was clean and had mini fridge and microwave, flat screen... More
