This was a disappointing Springhill Suites. Thank goodness we had navigation, or we would have never found it. It is way back in a subdivision. This property apparently was not a Springhill Suites before. They are changing it into one, but the quality was lacking. There was no wi-fi in the room, and the computer in the lobby was not... More

Reserved a king suite. Pros: Close to Kings Island and The Beach with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Price was reasonable ($120/nt, including breakfast) for 3 adults, plus a 3 and 5yr old. King bed was new and comfy. Carpeting seemed newer. Never heard noise from other rooms. Room was clean and had mini fridge and microwave, flat screen... More

Liked this hotel very much. The room was divided into a sitting/living room area with a fridge, tv & couch and then a bed area farthest from the hallway - a nice room layout. Room was clean and quiet. Even though it is close to the highway, we did not hear any road noise. The only real complaint was that... More

The room was totally uncomfortable. The room furniture is old and the TV didn’t have a clear picture. The worst part was that I couldn’t sleep at night. It was May and only 75 degrees outside but the room temperature was ok up until the middle of the night when I woke up sweating at 4am because the room turned... More

Stayed over the weekend. Rooms were not suites - were oversized rooms. Rooms were clean - Parking Good. Breakfast bar - descent for FREE - get the Oatmeal - YUM! Security Doors require Key Card to enter - which is Great! Pool - clean - wasn't cold. Exercise Room was descent. Close to Target & Costco - serveral restaurants around.

One night stay at the SpringHill Suites Cincinnati Northeast. A little tough to get to (it is visible from I-71), signage is somewhat lacking. The hotel is clean and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool/hot tub are OK. The room is laid out in a strange fashion as the room is attempts to be a "suite". Hide-a-bed is... More

A new, very modern hotel with extremely comfortable bed. Loved the separation of commode from shower and vanity. Lighting was excellent and glad there was a refrigerator. For myself, the location was key---the day being beautiful --- great walk/jog around Eden Park---the water, paths, hill to museum--fantastic on fall day. The only negative was having to pay $8.00 to park... More

My family and I have stayed at this hotel twice now. Both times were an absolute joy. Although this last time we ran into a slight problem. The hotel is tucked into a secret little community, but it also has the interstate right behind it. We got stuck on the end( closet to the interstate). It wasn't all that bad,... More

We stayed at this hotel last week for 4 nights. It was a nice hotel. The beds are awesome. very comfortable. There is a fold out sofa bed in every room also. The one thing that i did notice though was that at other Springhills I've visited there are usually 2 tvs. The way the room is laid out if... More

I enjoy Springhill Suites brand. The rooms are a nice size and the rate includes a hot breakfast in the mornings. Modern, clean room with 2 tvs, kitchenette, pullout sofa. The indoor pool and hottub had a very strong chlorine smell, but we could open the door to outside to get some fresh air. Breakfast items kept well stocked and... More
