My husband and I arrived with friends for two nights and we were upset that we had to leave when our stay was over. The innkeeper, Albert, is a very nice man and can give you ideas of what to see and where to go. The chef, Caron, has the best cookies in town! Her breakfasts are awesome and filling.... more

We booked the Inn online and arrived in the afternoon. We were welcomed by Albert Musard, the owner, who showed us our room and answered our questions and recommended a restaurant for the evening. The Inn is beautifully done with appropriate furnishings. The bed was comfy, the room roomy and the WiFi appreciated. Breakfast was excellent. The Inn is in... more

This is an absolutely gorgeous old home, in a beautiful vintage neighborhood of tree-lined streets. Our accomodations were very comfortable, especially the second night when we moved to the Idlewild Room where a spacious bath, sitting area, and balcony awaited us. Coffee service outside our door at 7:30 am, home baked cookies, fresh fruit and tea service 24/7, and a... more

My husband and I stayed here on a recent trip to Walla Walla to visit local wineries. We had originally booked two nights at another B&B and decided to stay a third night. The original B&B was booked, so we moved to Green Gables for the third night, which I'm glad we did if only to have a new experience... more

We stayed at Green Gables for our "mini-moon" and had a fabulous experience. Albert was very hospitable and his stories on the porch in the afternoon were very enjoyable; the porch is a wonderful area to sit and chat the afternoon away. Caren's breakfasts were DELICIOUS - come hungry! We stayed in the largest room with private deck with was... more

This is a centrally located bed and breakfast. Great rooms. . . large comfortable beds, and nicely appointed. The daily breakfast was fabulous, and carried us over until dinner. The innkeeper and cook, the only staff that we met, were very friendly and accomodating. We would happily recommend the Green Gables for a couple's weekend getaway to Washington's wonderful wine... more

We came for our son's graduation from Whitman College and the Inn helped make our weekend just about perfect. Just a short walk from campus, only a few blocks from downtown, and easy access to wineries, you can't beat the location. Rooms are good-sized and comfortable; lovely living room downstairs. We were too busy to take advantage of the large... more

We are repeat guests and with one stay here it's easy to see why. The home is large and charming with large comfortable bedrooms. All rooms have a private bath and mini fridge and comfortable beds. We have stayed in the two larger rooms and our friends stayed in the maid's room and everyone was very happy. The breakfast includes... more

I love the Green Gables Inn in quaint Walla Walla, WA. Nestled in a historic neighborhood across from Whitman College in near downtown, it is warm, welcoming and relaxing. Our room was amazingly large and spacious--quite comfortable to spread out on bed or floor. Every space was immaculately cleaned and the chef outdid herself again! Breakfasts are healthy and scrumptious.... more

It was really a pleasure and can't wait to get back. I am a tax practitioner from Chicago IL, always looking for the best place to take it easy after the busy season. Usually I hit the beach in Florida, but this time I thought I would try something different. I hit Seattle for a few days and then off... more
