We stayed two nights for a bike ride in Walla Walla. Buffet was good, not great--cinnamon rolls wonderful, lots of variety, powdered eggs not so yummy, but lots of food, hot, clean, fresh coffee wasn't bad. Sheets high quality, soft, room clean, I have no complaints about this Holiday Inn. Great value. I would stay here again. Don't expect a... more

we had a great experience, the staff was awesome. my husband was there on a business trip and we were just hanging out at the hotel while he was in classes. the staff were great at taking care of me and my two month old. they were friendly and always recommended places we should go or see. housekeeping would always... more

The location is a little out of the way, but it was worth it. We paid a few dollars more and got a room with a sofa and recliner. It was so worth it. We had a lot of company (visiting our college age son and his friends). I was there when the cleaning people came in and they did... more

The rooms were very clean, and larger than the typical room. There is a number of pillows ranging from soft to firm on every bed. Although the hotel is located on the outskirts of town, it is only a 5 to 7 minute drive to downtown. The only negative to this hotel is that wven though is is a "pet... more

If you are going to Walla Walla for wine tasting, I would highly recommend HIE as a reasonable place to stay. Both times (mar & july 08), I've stayed there in the last year it was clean and quiet. While its not in downtown, does that really matter when you're driving around to the various great wineries? Not to me.... more

The positives for this location are a modern, clean and spacious room with friendly staff. Tons of hot water any time day or night. There is adequate shopping and activities closeby. The negatives were that I was given a room for a 4-day stay that was located behind the facade of the building - blocking any view. The plus was... more

First of all, this hotel is not in downtown Walla Walla. It's on the outskirts. From the hotel you'll have a view of either industrial area, highway, or Comfort Inn next door. Location is terrible, as is the view. Breakfast is aweful as well. I know I shouldn't complain about an included breakfast, but i've had much better. This town... more

We have been coming to this HI Express for several years now. It is our home base when we are in the area to visit family. We have consistently received good service, found the staff to be attentive and the breakfasts more than adequate. We stayed here again over Thanksgiving weekend and I was pleased to see that the hotel... more

I'm giving a horrible rating for how we were treated by the management staff, not only then but now. I contacted corporate about our problems we experienced, they followed up and they apoligized for inconvience that was caused to our who party. However still today I'm waiting to here from the hotel management. Quite frankly they are showing the same... more

I am absolutely shocked by this review. This group arrived at the hotel when I was just around the corner in the gift shop. They requested that their rate be changed to a Government rate and the front desk person Sarai came to ask me. I accompanied Sarai to the front desk to view the reservation. It had not been...
