My husband and I spent the night on the way to our cabin in Canada. Thought Holiday Inn would be clean, comfortable, reasonably priced. Had driven by in past and it looked like nice facility. Wrong on all counts! Front desk clerk not pleasant at all, carpets worn and not exceptionally clean (which was surprising as I thought it was... more

I stayed two nights at the Holiday Inn in International Falls while I was attending a family function in the area. This hotel is very user-friendly. Even though I arrived early in the day I was allowed to check in and everyone was extremely courteous and accommodating. Other than a few stains on the carpet, the room was perfect. It... more

My husband and I just spent two nights at the Holiday Inn in International Falls. It was a great place to stay. Because of previous reviews here, we asked for a room away from the pool with an outside window, and were placed in a quiet corner of the hotel with a beautiful view of the river. We appreciated the... more

I was charged for my room twice. Being the kind hearted Christain man I am, I thought "Everyone makes mistakes, I am sure that if I give them a call they will fix it" I was wrong, I got the run around and left messages everywhere, I was even transfered to there company wide help desk who promptly transfered me... more

The Holiday Inn is conveniently located on the Rainy River in International Falls near the town's Mall. If you get a poolside room, it is wonderfully convenient if you're planning to take advantage of the spacious pool and arcade area, but be prepared for the smell of chlorine in the room (which we did not notice after awhile) and the... more

I found the outside a little dated... inside to me was fine. There are nicer places around, but it's nicer than some other places I've stayed in. Right away we noticed the same problem as the previous reviewer... there was a bad chlorine odour in our pool side room. We complained and the hotel sent up an air purifier. The... more

Rooms cost way too much. Food was ok, but also expensive. Rooms were unremarkable. Ask for a toom that is NOT on the pool side (noise and chlorine odors). more

We drove to International Falls from Calgary, Canada to pick up an ATV that my husband had purchased. We knew we needed to spend one night in International Falls before heading back to the border and were just concerend about staying someplace safe, clean and comfortable. We were also traveling with one of our dogs and when we went to... more

Stayed at the Holiday Inn of International Falls August 22 and 29, 2004, nice look to it, though overly priced rooms, rooms fairly clean, beds could use new mattress and fluffier pillows, service good, grounds good, food in dinning room excellent also there is nice view of outside while dinning, the dinning and lobby rooms have a fireplace, no elevators,... more

On July 23, 2003 we spent the night at the International Falls, MN. Holiday Inn. We were very pleased. The room was clean. Service was good, and the food at the restaraunt was good. We were told that if we went to Canada, we were not permitted to take a cooler with some meat across the boader. We asked if... more
