We had booked this accommodation because it was "cheap" on an online website. We generally try to stay at decent accommodations and this reservation was clearly a mistake. Well guess what it was cheap for a reason. This place turned out be be terrible and we decided not to stay there and cancelled the rest of the days of our... More

If you are thinking of staying here, don't do it. Stay somewhere in a completely different town if this is the only option that is left in International Falls. They did not have my reservation when I arrived (I already had paid for it), but said they had rooms available. Big surprise (thick sarcasm). I did not want to pay... More

We had made a reservation online the day prior to arriving. When we arrived, the parking lot was empty (at 5 p.m.), the office was locked, and they did not answer the telephone. Then, we noticed most of the first floor room doors were standing wide open, as were some of the windows. We decided to leave and stay somewhere... More

Would sleep in the car before I would stay here again. I could at least stop at a gas station and use a bathroom that had running water in the sink. Beds were awful. room smelled musty, mouse droppings in the window sill. Went to check out next morning, no one would come to desk.

When we arrived and saw the dirty disorganized lobby we left to find a different hotel, so we tried to leave, but found out all the other hotels were fully booked (July 4th.) We booked this place because this hotel is part of the Wyndham chain, so we thought it would be ok for sleeping. Were we surprised. Formica tops... More

Upon arrival at 3:06 (office hours state 8am-10pm) office locked nobody around. Finally a gentleman (yes the smell of alcohol was very evident and slurred) fiddle through his very messy desk and then had problems finding our room key. While in there the phone rang, someone had asked about the FREE continental breakfast, he was very annoyed and said the... More

1. Like a motel office that is full of smoke. 2. Like a manager who belittles his employees in front of you. 3. Like a room the is filthy. 4. Like a bathroom that has not been redecorated done the 70's. 5. Like a smelly room. 6. Like to be called crooked. I could go on, but you get the... More

This place is absoulutely awful. Worst hotel and no customer service. The manager at the front desk was rude and crude. They had no record of our reservations on arrival even though we presented confirmation numbers. He said that means nothing to him and just stared at his scribble of notes. This place is a dump and I would rather... More
