Checked in at 7pm, went to room, no hot water. Nothing coming out of faucets. Called front desk, told it was a hotel-wide problem. The Horizon staff as a whole is awful. They are rude, lazy and inconsiderate. Our terrible stay at Horizon included blatant loud profanity directed at patrons. Impatient attitudes when speaking to and infront of customers. Discussing personal issues and openly complaining about the length of the lines.
