Aqua Skyline at Island Colony was a nice place. It wasn't the highest class place but it was nice. It's on the canal side of the island and the views of the mountain were good. It was a close walk to some restaurants and market. The walk to the beach was comfortable. The beds were good. The hotel is a... More

We were transferred here because of a problem at the Ewa Hotel where we had booked. It was supposed to be an Upgrade but was anything but. When we arrived, reception was unattended, and we had to wait around for several minutes until someone turned up to check us in. The room we were shown to was disgraceful. The lining... More

It is a condo/timeshare located in the heart of Waikiki. Squeaky clean, good views, kitchenette with all necessary equipment to cook home. Wonderful views. Very inexpensive - I've paid around a hundred per night with all fees and taxes included.

It saddens me to have to write this review of my recent stay at the Aqua Hotel. Based on the many good reviews and the cost it seemed like this hotel would be a great find for cost and location. My experience was with the hotel was terrible and if I could provide a lower rating I would. Upon arriving... More

So many good points and so very few bad points. My room was a good size with two queen beds, a small desk, a comfy chair, a large flat screen, and a medium size balcony with a table and two chairs that could easily fit two more chairs. There was the standard iron, ironing board and functioning room safe. The... More

Seaside (City View) rooms - substantial noise; the rooms facing east (Diamond Head) are a lot quieter. Air conditioning is very noisy. We were fortunate that the following day, that we could change rooms. Rooms with king beds have a tiny bar fridge, while a room with two queen beds has a large fridge with a real freezer. The term... Nothing special but very convenient with walking distance to Waikiki and downtown Honolulu, and quite easy to get to the highway as well. But totally overpriced, and in need of a refurbish. It's hard to call it clean. However our room was spacious, and with a fantastic view - we were in the penthouse!

Got this hotel on Hotwire, but then it appeared they had similar price on their website. The quality and size of the room was very good, you would think you are in 4 star hotel. Big TV on the wall (40 inch or more) with extensive programming, big size balcony, kitchenette with some dishes and glasses. Very fast internet, was... More

The hotel has been fully updated and renovated. You will not find a nicer hotel in Waikiki....seriously, if you want the bells and whistles and tinsel..well go and pay another $100.00 per night, but if you and quiet, security and excellent accommodation than the Skyline is your best option. Here are some highlights: - 24 hour self serve laundry -... More

On a business trip but nearby everything in DT Honolulu for work or play. Good but expensive parking on site this hotel is well staffed with friendly helpful Hawaiians! Mahalo!! Very very helpful and knowledgeable staff I was fortunate enough to be upgraded to a suite with unbelievable views and amenities! Highly recommend this hotel if you like urban setting... More
