The hotel near to beach and walking distance to Waikiki center. Accommodation bikes, beach towel, snorkeling equipment. Family use bikes to diamond head for hike and great site. Beware the $25 dollars charge for boutique fee per day which charge when you check out. I did not aware what boutique fee mean so the receptor said you pay for complimentary... More

We are frequent visitors to Oahu. There is none better for a neat boutique hotel on the quiet side of Waikiki near Diamond Head. Staff is superb. The rooms are fine. Wine in the late afternoon is a nice touch. I like the valet parking. My only complaint is that there is not a restaurant in the hotel. Many years... More

Wonderful boutique hotel with a great location! Can't say enough good things about our stay here. Our check-in was seamless. Our room on the ninth floor had a view of Diamond Head and the water. The staff went out of their way to help you find restaurants and answer any questions. The lack of a restaurant in the hotel didn't affect our enjoyable... More

After nearly two years of insane business travel, I came to Honolulu for work and booked an extra night, in an Ocean View Premium room at the Lotus, as treat to myself. The reservation, of course, had a cancellation policy that guaranteed the hotel one night of revenue if I should cancel late, or no-show. So I was shocked and... More

Great hotel with nice rooms and view. We stayed on 9th floor and 10th floor ocean view rooms and you get a great view of the Diamond Head. However, our ocean view was partial since there are two buildings between the hotel (Colony Surf and San Soucci) and the ocean. Nonetheless, this is a great place to stay if you... More

After spending a week on the west shore of Oahu, we wanted a few days closer to Honolulu. The Lotus Hotel was the perfect place. With a balcony facing southeast, we had a great view of Diamond Head, the park and the ocean. Although we were less than a mile walk to Waikiki, we felt we were in a remote... More

We stayed here for 4 nights as part of our round the world trip! We had a corner room on the 7th floor. This gave us 2 balconies, with views of Diamond Head and of the Ocean in between the nearby hotels. Nice size room, comfortable bed, air-con, good size bathroom with plenty of towels each day (and refeshed at... More

Pluses: Great location at the south end of Waikiki Beach. Efficient valet parking. Minuses: Not much view of the ocean. Very slow Wi-Fi. Upkeep: of the eight sliding doors, three were not working when we arrived. One was off its track and was easily fixed. One glass slider would not lock, but we were on a high enough floor not... This hotel does not have a pool or sundeck, nor all the tourist amenities but it was excellent for business travel. The internet connection in my room was fast and solid. The room (#523) was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I ate at the hotel next door (Kaimana Otani) and found the food to be good.

Our first stay at the Lotus and it was a great choice. Given a fantastic room, 1221, corner facing diamond head park and ocean. Beautiful views and a fantastic breeze which was so nice to have the windows open. Very clean, comfortable room with coffee maker and fridge. We were both surpirised both restaurant and bar closed (told bar open... More
