Although the hotel was renovated recently, our room showed some wear. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. We got a good rate, so the value was reasonable. Hotel is located right near start of hub-bub of Waikiki. Relatively short walk to Hilton resort and Kalakau Avenue and all the stores and hotels along there. I got one of the $99/night rates and was very happy with that. The room was average but got an upgraded larger room with a small balcony facing the "beach."
