My cousin & I are not "fancy" travellers by this I mean we came to Hawaii to explore, not to sit in our hotel so this place was all we needed. We could walk everywhere we needed to go around Waikiki from here. We were travelling on a budget so it was affordable, comfy beds, aircon, great service :) We... More

Aloha Makiegan. Thank you for choosing the Waikiki Prince Hotel twice and hopefully more in the future. Not having a car saves a lot of money on Oahu. Our parking is $20 a day and thats pretty cheap for Waikiki. Getting out of Waikiki is a must if you want to experience what Hawaii is all about but Waikiki is... More

Staff are friendly and great location - this is about the only good thing I can say about the hotel. Bed was way too small for two people and it was sagged in the middle, meaning my partner and I kept rolling into each other most of the night. The aircon is really loud, sounds like a lawn mower starting.... More

Aloha Meg T, Thank you for writing a review. This was not the hotel for you. You probably would be better served by a newer hotel like the Trump or Ritz Carlton that I think is set to open in 2016. I would reccommend next time asking for a King or Cal King bed at a larger resort. The Waikiki... More

This is a nice place, where you can have up to two beds. Also a kitchenette. Could use some better cutlery and pots. Really good price for being in Waikiki. The bathroom is quite tight. Anyone that is either taller or heavier will have problems moving in the shower and bathroom. Rooms are cleaned every 3 or 4 days....not daily.... More

What I liked about the Waikiki prince was that it was very reasonably priced , no "resort fees" , no hidden fees at all . The free wifi was remarkably reliable , my bed was comfortable ( my daughter complained , but only mildly !) I found the room comfortable , providing every thing we needed. It is in a... More

We stayed at the Prince for the first four night of our trip through the Hawaiin islands. There are certainly fancier and much more expensive places to stay in Waikiki. But if you're looking to save some money on accommodation and don't expect five stars at a one/two star price, then this may be the place for you. The location--at... More

We just spent nine nights at the Waikiki Prince Hotel and we had a great time. The staff at Reception are very friendly and are always there to help you if you need anything. The hotel is in a very good position a short walk to the main part of Waikiki beach and all the shops and restaurants. The room... More

For a basic no frills accomodation this is perfect. Room was clean service friendly and accomodating. We stayed 2 weeks. Cooking facilities in room - no kettle though. We had 3 in the room but there was only 2 chairs which didn't matter to us. There was a night market down the road to buy salad and fruit for meals.... More

The location was great just a 2 minute walk to the beach. Many stores and restaurants just a short walk. They had beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards you could use free of charge. The room was very run down and not the cleanest. If you need a place to stay for the night and go to the beach this... More
