We spent one night here between arrival from the mainland and our flight to the Big Island for a longer visit. We had called ahead since we knew we would arrive after the office closed at 8PM. We found the night manager's phone number posted on the office door and he came down right away to give us our room... More

Hard to beat this hotel within its price range and location, and that's without the unexpected bonus (and modern necessity) of fast and free wifi. Any drawbacks: street noise etc are endemic to this south Waikiki location but are more than compensated for by its sunny lanai, proximity to the beach and some of the best eateries and fun bars... Stayed here for 6 days (Mar 31-April 6). It is located in a perfect location. Literally 1 block away from Waikiki beach. The staff is very friendly, always greeting you with a smile! I love the fact that our room had a small kitchen with pans and utensils. We actually made breakfast to save some money. We visited the local... More

There is no mistaking this for a luxury hotel, but we knew that when we booked it. We stayed 8 days at the end of September into the first week of October. The room was very comfortable and everything worked - AC was fine, no problems with showers or plumbing, the small refrigerator and stove worked, etc. We were in... More

If you are looking for a place to shower and sleep without breaking the bank, this is your place. It's not fancy and the rooms are super small, but everything was clean. The staff at the front desk was super friendly and very helpful with my questions. The room was efficient to include a large bathroom with amenties, fridge, coffee... More

First let me get the negatives out of the way. Its an old building with dated furniture and bedding. The garbage trucks that come by at four in the morning will wake the dead. The room was very small. Ok, done with that. There is still a lot of good to be said for the Prince. Great price for the... More

We stayed at the Waikiki Prince Hotel for 9 days this February (2014); have to say, this is our best find in Hawaii by far. The room was a good size and comfortable; nice lanai to have morning coffee or an evening meal that we prepared in the small, but functional kitchen; the beach just a couple blocks away, and... More

We just got back from our trip to Oahu and spent three nights here in Waikikki. Waikiki Beach is less that 2 blocks away!! It is also next to two ABC stores (for snacks, beer and liquor) and a number of restaurants, bus stops, etc. We booked a room with two double beds and a kitchenette. Our room included pots,... More

I was traveling on my own after visiting with friends in Maui and needed something small and inexpensive for 3 nights. For $400 for 3 nights with parking included I was really happy! It's small but perfectly formed - could do with an update to bring make it a little more modern but impeccably clean. ABC store on the corner,... More

After a somewhat poor stay last year,I am happy to say all thing back to normal. They have upgraded patio furniture and now have wifi available. The Hyatt has added a farmers market so now you have one just about everyday between them and King's Crossing. Have already made reservations for next yr
