We stayed here for the first 3 days of our honeymoon. We booked online and on our confirmation were informed our CC would be charged 2 days accommodation to secure our booking. (when we checked in they had not actually charged our CC so we had to pay) Upon arrival they requested to hold $200 as bond (as well). They... More

We made reservation at this hotel based on the location and photos online as our 20th wedding anniversary. "DISAPPOINTED". 1st- the pool was just a little larger than my bath tub, 2nd- the room we were told was an ocean view looked at the side of another larger hotel. You had to lean out over the balcony to actually SEE... More

This hotel was just OK. We had a long wait in line (with only two people ahead of us) to check in and our room was nothing much. The "view" was of the side of the building next door and a tarp covering the walkway below. If I stood on the tiny porch and looked out I could just make... More

I don't know what TripAdvisor or Hotwire were thinking. This is definitely not a 3.5 star hotel. tHe rooms are in serious need to a makeover. My bathroom has an old mirror that is so scratched you can't even see a reflection. Unfortunately I can't get out of this deal b/c Hotwire is a joke to work with. Some people... More

On the beach. Homeless people sleeping in front of the lobby on the sidewalk undisturbed by management. The room had old rattan furniture that had been repainted many times over the years. The carpet was dirty and left me with a feeling that I needed to wear shoes all the time. The manager has a card on the room with... More

Check in was confusing when we got there. There was a 30 minute wait to get checked in. Then our names were all wrong in their system. The first name was the last name on one room the last name of the person in the other room was the listed as the first and my last name was listed as... More

This was the second time I have stayed in this hotel. First time back in 2011. This time around I made sure they didn't give me a smoking room. The room was clean and comfortable although I found the beds definitely not as comfortable as my first visit. You can feel the springs in the mattress so after a few... More

Staff are pretty friendly, location was good, check-in time was when we were hit with the extra mandatory "amenity" charge for "WiFi, water and beach towels" so remember to add $20/night on to the price you are comparing to other hotels in the area. Fair-sized room (King, Partial ocean view) but urine on toilet seat and a dirty towel remaining... More

This hotel has it all. Close proximity to the beach, full service, friendly helpful staff, and great prices. There is plenty to do in Waikiki and surrounds, and this place is great as a starting point. Easy to get to, with plenty of parking, and easy to get to the H1 and other parts of the island. I had no... More

This is a good value hotel on the Waikiki strip. It is a high rise directly across from the beach. We used the hotel for an 8 day stay on a budget, and were pleased with it. The beds are a bit hard, as other reviewers have also noted, and the additional $20 resort fee for Internet and water is... More
