We had prebooked two separate three night stays before leaving home, the first three nights were on the 11th floor (ocean view) over looking the pool, the rooms are not soundproof, very noisy, you cant get to sleep until after the entertainment has ceased & then you hear all the street noise from buskers. On our return for our second... more

This hotel is centrally located in the heart of Waikiki and puts pretty much everthing within a few blocks radius. It "could" be one of the best hotels in the City - but it really does need upgrading/renovations as soon as possible/practical. We were quoted $106 per night as BCAA/AAA Members but opted for a partial ocean view at $121... more

We were happy with this hotel. The rooms are average size and in good condition. As in most Waikiki hotels the bathroom was small but still served the purpose. We were in easy walking distance to the beach. The linens are nice and the room was cleaned daily. The beds slept nicely and the pillows were ok. We had a... more

All staff are very friendly and helpful. They went out of way to get us a room after we had a look at the absolutely discusting room we had reservations for at the Aqua Waikiki Beachside (filthy, rundown, furniture falling apart and large patches of black mould in the bathroom) - not at all like the advertising photos !!!! Don't... more

The hotel was clean and had amenities, but the hotel is old and it was a standard room. Nothing special. I didn't spend much time in the room though. If you just want a clean bed at night, it will do. more

The people here where so friendly and bent over backwards to make sure we all had fun and never missed any little or large event that was going on. And the pineapple I have never tasted pinaeapple so yummy. You can go yuppy if you want? But the amount of time you spend at the Hotel and in your room... more

The best thing about the hotel is the location, in the center of the tourist area: beach across the street, shops all around, International Market practically next door. Hotel itself is shabby, needs an upgrade. Pool is shockingly bad: the surrounding buildings block the sun so throughout the day, don't seem to get direct sunlight. Chairs are tightly lined together... more

This hotel was a bit rough! The rooms, as mentioned in most reviews, are so dated and worn down. The higher tower is MUCH better, so if you have any option, be sure to stay in those rooms. The bathrooms are especially disappointing...I feel as if the entire hotel banks on the idea that most travelers haven't seen the hotel... more

This hotel is a real dump, despite the Sheraton name. Rooms with dirty green carpeting, furniture that is worn and torn, bathrooms from the 1960's and walls so thin the person snoring in the next room sounded as if they were in my room. I am a Platinum Preferred Guest (highest membership level in Starwood's frequest stay program) and was... more

This had to be one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed at. I am a self-admitted hotel snob, I enjoy the nicer hotels. But my budget doesn't always allow me to indulge my pleasures, so every once in a while, I am forced by my pocketbook to stay at one of these places. That's not an admission... more
