OMG! My first trip to Hawaii couldnt have been more perfect than it turned out! My partner D. Judd n I celebrated our 20 yr anniversary in this beautiful place! We stayed here at the beautiful Sheraton PK from 9/24-9/30. We were not disappointed in the least. To start with Tammy, the gal who checked us in was great! When... More

Alright place if you can get a great price. The hotel rooms desperately needs to be remodeled. Good location though and close to the beach. Not on the beach but not a problem. Lots of construction on both sides of the hotel so be prepared for noise.

Stayed five nights, booked with short notice and so room was best available for price, but very basic. Small bathroom and comfortable beds were pretty much all that was in the room. Everything was clean & well maintained, but felt dated. Quick shortcut past the pool through the sister hotel across the road onto Waikiki. There is a major construction... More

We have just returned from 2.5 weeks staying all over Hawaii and stayed 5 nights in the Sheraton Princess on Waikiki. I felt that this hotel was the best value for money that we got the whole time. You couldn't ask for a better location in Waikiki for the $ value and we had an ocean view room looking over... More

After reading some of the reviews, I think some people are either spoiled or just out of touch with reality. First, I have seen people complain about the $26 room fee. Friends stayed at another upper end hotel, their fee was $36 a day, no breakfast. We got two per day, rooms always cleaned daily and 2 bottles of water... More

Stayed three nights at this hotel. It is over-priced in terms of hotel room price vs. value, breakfast, and the resort fees. No welcoming gift at all for Platinum guests. No Upgrades for Platinum guests. No courtesy to extend late check out, mind you that almost ALL of your mainland guests fly back to mainland on flights departing after 7-8pm... More

First the good. 1. They have both NHK (TV Japan) and PBS available on their television. 2. You are allowed 45 minutes on their lobby computers, if you can log on. 3. The continental breakfast is very ample. Now the Bad 1. The $26 resort fee covers a continental breakfast for one (count them one) day, we stayed 3 days,... More

I've been a long time traveler staying at many hotels for work and pleasure; had platinum status at Marriott and SPG. I stayed at the Marriott Waikiki and Moana Surfrider in the past and I must say this is one of the worst hotels for service. The parking attendant gave me grief about the parking pass; that's because I didn't... More

This hotel is a great location but the construction from the International market place is very loud, stay on other side if you can. We used a third party booking agent "Orbitz" which was fine, great price but be warned upon check in that if you want any change like a room away from construction, or say two beds they... More
