We stayed for a week. No reservation booked from the airport. Got a better deal than online, $119.20 inclusive. Easy walk to everything, free shuttle to ala Moana mall and other outlets. We had a late flight out and were offered a Courtesy room to shower and freshen up allowed 30mins. This is by no means a flash hotel, paint... More

Stayed one night here and glad to leave the next morning. Reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The room and bathroom were dirty and cramped. There was an air conditioning unit on the balcony which was very noisy, so couldn't keep it on while sleeping. The pool area was crowded and noisy. The location of the hotel is central to... More

We've stayed here many times since Lewers Street was upgraded. If you're looking for high end, go somewhere else. This is relatively inexpensive for Waikiki but you get what you pay for! We knew they had been bought out by Hilton and were expecting things to reflect that fact. NOT SO!!! We had a clean room with a kitchenette, which... More

Old hotel real rough around the edges. Lots of traffic and construction noise coming up from the street. Unless you can get a discount I wouldn't stay here. Depending on who you talk to the old girl is being gutted and totally renovated or being torn down in February or March. One of the big chains has bought it and... More

Although this hotel is in a pretty good location it needs updating very badly. Room was very small with tiny bathroom. Staff was fine. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Tiny balcony and very noisy area

Found the hotel great value for money. Kitchenette rooms great for us as we had some very early starts for sightseeing. Even though décor is older everything was clean, fresh and at the rate charged it was fantastic value. The housekeeping staff were so pleasant and did such a fantastic job, nothing was too much trouble. Reception was no different as... More

This is my second stay at Ohana Waikiki West as I stayed here in May 2014 nothing much has changed,, the state of the lobby, the building the lifts its pretty much frozen in time. In saying this the staff are very helpful and will try there best to assist you,the location... More

Visited Ohana Waikiki West a family leisure stay. Here is my breakdown: Parking: $25 a day for unlimited in and out. stalls are limited to around 120 for entire hotel, as well as restaurant and bar patrons. The underground stalls are tight, but manageable. Customer Service: During a early check-in request, the front desk started out as semi-grouchy. He later... More

We stayed here before our trip on Pride of America cruise and after it too through Costco Travel. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean & newly appointed. It is close to the beach and area restaurants too. i never could get the wi-fi to work. Evidently there was some kind of work being done above our... More

We stayed once previously in 2013, as part of vacation package, so knew that this was not a 3 star. It appears that things have gone downhill a bit since. Upon arrival we were served by a very rude woman working the front desk. Fortunately I did not have to deal with her again. The rest of the staff we... More
