This was our second stay to what I think is a well located hotel in Waikiki. However checkin has been a nightmare on both occasions. Each time we have arrived we have had to walk the streets to fill in several hours until our room was ready - OK- I can handle that. However each time on our return ready... More

We went to Hawaii with my daughters marching band. It was a trip of a life time. For the total trip price we were not expecting too much in the way of the hotel. We were so pleasantly surprised. For one thing our group had 175 people. The hotel got us checked in with no problem. The hotel lobby was... More

Smaller sized rooms, yes, but great value! Super close to the beach, Waikiki strip, ABC stores, restaurants, bus lines, the zoo, moped rentals (which are fantastic btw). Not much that wasn't in the hotel or a quick walk away. The gentleman that checked us in was great! We had a complicated set of reservations since it was booked using rewards... More

Nice big rooms, very clean, front desk staff answer your questions but not overly personable. Nice beach at top of street...bit of a walk from main street. Stayed at two other hotels in Waikiki and this had the second best room. Probably would stay again or maybe somewhere in the centre of town.

I stayed just one night in this hotel as a stop over. The room size was fantastic, and the rooms were clean and nice. A little corporate, but overall great. Other reviewers complained about the speed and availability of elevators, but this was not a problem for me for such a short stay . I could see how it might... More

We stayed here twice over the last two weeks and really enjoyed it. The first time we were up on the 18th floor with a view of the ocean. Not being beachfront, there are a couple of buildings that partially obstruct the view, but we could see more than enough to get the Hawaiian 'vibe' going. The other advantage is... More

I stayed here for a couple of nights for business. This hotel was great and in a convenient location. A short walk to Waikiki beach and restaurants around the area. Breakfast was really good and the staff was more then helpful. I ate every morning at the complementary breakfast located on the third floor. A good selection of breakfast items... More

GREAT newly re-developed value hotel 2 blocks from Waikiki Beach. Brand new everything. Old hotel closed for a year and completely new interior. ALL AREAS. Room was beautiful, had 2 balconies with view of Beach (pay extra for the side of the hotel with the view as its not that much more). Room was HALF the cost of the Westin... More
