While the hotel and rooms are tired and due for a facelift, the hotel makes up for it with its location and customer service. We arrived well before our check-in time and the manager changed our room to accommodate us. The staff were friendly and happy to give advice. The hotel has plenty of good restaurants and shopping nearby, please... More

As always we take the 19/20 bus from the airport & exit at Lewers. Then walk 2 blocks to the hotel. It is on the corner of Kalia & Lewers. Very conveniently ABC & Denny's is on the street level of the hotel with the reception. We had a studio with a Murphy bed & pull out queen couch. A... More

We just spent a week in Waikiki at the Imperial. The location is superb and the property is clean and comfortable. Any requests we had were taken care of immediately. On the day of our departure check out was at 11 and our plane was at 8. We were given access to the pool and the owner's lounge until we... More

Even though I didn't have a very good experience here the first time I stayed here, I decided to stay here again. Partly because we could transfer our week from a timeshare and also because of its central location in Waikiki. I'm glad to say that the experience was a little better. Here are some notes from our recent stay,... More

I have stayed at the Imperial 6 times over the past 10 years. It is a great hotel with a variety of rooms - whatever kind of room you need you can find it here. Since we now have kids we like the Suites so that we get the bedroom. The pool is okay, the rooftop pool seems great to... More

This Place has a very Friendly staff. It's like living in a mall with so many stores and restaurants around. The view from the 26th floor is awesome. Make sure you get your coupons right away before spending all your money. Also the TV does not have HDMI. The washing facilities are nice. With a big ABC Store right next... More

Even though, my wife and I have traveled to Israel, Tanzania, Amsterdam and cruised the Caribbean on a four masted schooner she still really wanted to vacation in Hawaii. I did not, but things changed when my good friend at work told me that he and his wife were going to a time share in Waikiki and they offered us... More

We stayed at The Imperial Resort for 10 days.We own timeshares and were told not to expect luxury. But we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms are very small,we got one with no view. But we were never in the room. 15 mintes from the airport. The location and the Resort personal made up for it. Cudos to the Parking attendants. Always... More

Visiting Hawaii had always been one of my dreams and my dear friends made it come true! I was invited to stay at their time share -- The Imperial Hawaii Resort and it was fabulous! The Imperial is less than a 15 min drive from the airport (without traffic). It's situated in the heart of it all and Lewers Street... More

We exchanged our timeshare points for 2 weeks at Imperial. We also paid for 1 night rental for a total of 15 nights. The 1 bedroom 2 bath unit was acceptable for a family of 4 (2 daughters). The 2nd bathroom was a huge plus. Could not have stayed in a hotel room for 15 nights comfortably. It was a... More
