My husband and I and a girlfriend stayed here for 2 weeks in December, 2013. The rooms are dated and cleaning staff are pretty much nonexistent. We had to bring towels to the housekeeping ourselves to get clean towels, we had to take out our garbage as they didn't take it from our room etc. The rooms are way to... More

My friends suggested that we go here to the patio bar on the 27th floor to watch the sunset. Good idea Fun crowd, good drinks and great sunset The hotel is only a short walk to Waikiki beach and if I was looking for a room I would check it out

As many travelers have said this hotel is one of the older ones, but it is in a wonderful location one block walk to the beach. Close to everything all walking distance if you enjoy walking. The hotel is dated, but always clean, and staff wonderful. We are here every year, and each year we learn something new. I would... More

After researching timeshare units in Honolulu, we found this resort and booked 5 days with an owner. Arriving from the airport by taxi was pricey as we later found out the speedishuttle was cheaper. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. We found our unit was ocean side and had a good view of the water and sunset.... More

Great location near beach and great shopping and dining. Rooms old and in great need of updating. Termites in bathroom door leaving sawdust and drippings on bathroom floor. Inexpensive but get what you pay for. 26th floor owners lounge best view of sunset ever.

My good friend throws parties and events at the penthouse suite (ocean suite on the 27th floor) which I had the pleasure of attending this past Christmas. I HIGHLY recommend coming here if you're in town and watching the beautiful sunset while the fireworks go off on Friday night as the sailboats float in the distant sea. Nothing compares to... More

A few years ago we purchased a unit at the Imperial, yes it is the oldest timeshare on the island, but it is in a great spot. Staff is all wonderful. It is old and dated, but you go out the door and in less than a block you are on the beach. Best spot in town. Love it!!! We... More

I stayed here again on a timeshare exchange through interval international. We stayed in a Koa suite which was nice. We had a one bedroom with full kitchen with 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms are small but one had a tub and one had a shower. The kitchen had a microwave/convection oven which I've never seen or used but it actually... More

Clean and served the purpose. Good location. Poor layout for getting ice, using the hot tub or pool. Rooftop pool all cement block walled in...so the view is non existent. Don't expect any extras...like early check in or late check out...staff seemed put out if you even ask! Would not return to this facility.

My husband and I stayed at this Hotel from Jan 12 to Jan 22 2015. We had prepaid for our stay at the Imperial 6 months earlier. When we arrived we were told the prices had gone up since we booked so we owed additional money. My husband works for the airline industry and I could just imagine if they... More
