Let me preface by saying we came here after spending six fantastic nights at the Westin Maui for our honeymoon, and we found the two resorts to be very different. First, the good: The hotel and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The grounds were clean, lots of animals, tons of shops (you can pretty much buy anything you... more

The Hilton Hawaiian Village on Oahu is the biggest resort I've ever stayed at, encompassing 3000 rooms, 3 pools, a lagoon, beach front property, and a complete shopping center with everything for a Louis Vutton store to an ABC Store (Oahu natives will know what that is, an island version of Wal Mart with higher prices). The pros, it's located... more

Stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Vacation Village for 2 nights at the end of a 3 and a half week trip to New Zealand and Fiji (also both Hiltons). This was our second time to Hawaii and we arrived after an 11 hour flight from Auckland at around 10.30pm and had used a shuttle to take us to the hotel.... more

Everything stated in the earlier negative reviews was 110% accurate, right down to the outdated decor in the rooms. This may be the largest hotel (compound!) on Waikiki's "gold coast," but it is far from the best in terms of service. First - the lack of service. For a place that boasts its world renowned so called "aloha spirit," and... more

We stayed at the Hilton for our Honeymoon and had a blast! The staff was extremely nice and generous and the hotel grounds are gorgous! We stayed in the kaliua towerand had a great view of the city and diamond head volcano. The hotel resturants are a little pricey, but you can go around the corner to better resturants. I do not recommed... more

I loved this place! We were here for a week as part of our Honeymoon before going to the Hilton Waikoloa on Hawaii Big Island, you can see my review on that place because this hotel was a hundred times better despite them both being Hiltons. We stayed in The Alii tower and I would highly recommend getting a suite... more

Stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village from June 22-28, 2008 with my family and we had a blast. Our room was a little small but the view was magnificent. We were on the 25th floor and could see the beach and Diamond Head on a distance. We also watched the Friday night fireworks from our room. It was our first... more

Our family spent 4 nights here before a cruise and were very satisfied. The check in during the mid-afternoon rush was lengthy - about 20 minutes and the parking garage was jammed We were booked in the Rainbow Tower and were upgraded to a Diamond Head view room without even asking. The balcony and the view from it were wonderful,... more

My husband was returning from deployment and I wanted to surprise him with a relaxing vacation to Hawaii. The entire process from the extremely helpful Hilton Reservations Agent to check-out was perfect. We stayed on the 11th floor of the Diamond Head Tower. The view of the ocean and the mountains was spectacular. The staff was very friendly and offered... more

Stayed three nights in late June 2008 on the 16th floor of rainbow tower in an ocean front two bed room. We had 4 of us, mom and dad with two kids. Points to cover: -Beds are full size- not queen so tight fit for two people -Ocean front view was fantastic- looked directly at Diamond Head , the beach... more
