Hotel rooms are large, clean, comfortable and well furnished. Huge bathrooms. Ocean views are outstanding. Hotel staff goes out of their way to serve customers. Breakfast buffet is unsurpassed. Food selection, quality, freshness and service first class. Shuttle bus to Waikiki is an added feature. Well worth the price. Only suggestion: room needs a TV channel guide. Sometimes difficult to... My friend and I went here for Dinner as some of the locals had advised us that there seafood buffet was the place to go. We were not disappointed. Different stations providing many many varieties of delicious and fresh foods. It was definitely a highlight of our dining experience in Honolulu. From Friday to Sunday they have a seafood buffet... We were here for a Pan Am reunion and the location was great. It's not directly on Waikiki, but the views of the harbor were wonderful, the room has windows that open up so wide you can get a tan in your room and EVERY room faces the ocean. Good service, comfortable beds, robes, separate shower stall, beautiful hotel with... More

The view was great, the bed was comfortable. The TV seemed really small, we were on the 30th Floor, the room was clean but I dont think the air vent in the bthroom has been cleaned in a very long time. It was disappointing to have no paper delivered and that you only for 2 bottles of water in the... More

We stayed here on business and it was a great experience. While I requested a high floor I was put on the ground floor which is level 5. They told me it had a private balcony which it did but it is adjacent to the pool so everyone at the pool can look into the room and you need to... More

Rooms on the higher floors have the best views and if you want a view of Diamond Head you must request that tower. The hotel has 2 towers connected by a fifth floor pool area. The rooms are dated and showing signs of wear and tear. The carpets appear new. Bathrooms are splendid with a separate shower and tub....marble vanity... More

I arrived at a very nice hotel with all rooms that have a view of the Marina. The great location of this hotel was 5 mins from fabulous shopping or a brief walk to the beach. I had 4 days here. The staff were helpful .

Spent three days here. Good service. Buffet meals were excellent. Clean, comfortable. Location good. Near shopping center and walking areas. I can't comment on value since this was part of a tour package.

This hotel is a treat for those staying in the Ala Monana area, particularly on business. it is next to Ala Monana beach park and has a free shuttle to Waikiki proper. The property is very clean and well maintained with large spacious rooms - all with a view of the ocean/harbor. Everyone was very friendly. Food here is expensive... More
