This little gem is no frills but the Ocean View is great and its very close to central waikiki beach. The rooms were definitley big enough for me and my boyfriend. The balcony was great to have breakfast. Best value for money in Waikiki. Just note though...they have 3 types of Ocean view rooms " Partial, Ocean View and Ocean... more

Thanks to careful reading of the reviews of the Waikiki Circle, I wasn't at all surprised at what we found on checking in for our two-night stay. It is a Waikiki hotel which is comfortable, cost-effective (exceptionally so!) and convenient (how much closer to the beach can you get in Waikiki?). This is not a place for those who are... more

The room is small but adequate and a little unusual in shape because of the "roundness" of the building however the staff are friendly and the room clean. The shower is a little small but very useable. The hotel sits across the road from the beach and so you need only walk 2 minutes to hit the water. We had... more

As soon as I arrived, I was given the option to upgrade to an ocean front room for 5 days for only $70 more dollars. Completely worth it, the view was amazing. I have already booked my next trip for 7 days in August ('09). more

I did a lot of research and shopping for places to stay in Waikiki and if youre on a budget but dont want to sacrafice your overall experience of Waikiki, the circle is perfect for you. There are no ammenities...no pool...no hot tub...no kitchenettes...no bars or restaraunts inside...etc...but if you want those types of things there are plenty of other... more

The Aston Circle is a great budget hotel right across the street from the beach. Remember it is a budget hotel though. We went real cheap and got a “street view” room for around $70 per night. (plus $10 per night for parking) We could have upgraded to an ocean view for $20 more but we just needed a place... more

Right on the beach, with great views of the ocean. Nice stretch of beach out front with good surfing, but also quieter areas with a walled bit of ocean for paddling/swimming. Close to restaurants and shops, but not too noisy. Rooms reasonable size - all have double beds which are pretty comfy, all have a private balcony. Partial ocean views... more

Waikiki Circle was the perfect place for my husband and me to stay. It's location and view are unbeatable. Sitting on the balcony was sheer pleasure! The rooms were clean and comfortable. We didn't mind that they were small. There was plenty of room in the closet for our clothes and sufficient floor room for our suitcases. I'm on the... more

We were only in Waikiki two nights during our three week Hawaii vacation, and stayed here one of them. It is certainly in the hustle and bustle, as close to the beach as you can get if you can't afford $500 a night and it is as cheap as it gets for where it is. It has cheaper parking then... more
