My room was directly in front of the ice machine so that woke me up a few times during the night. It had some cool decor and the elevators were interesting. The tiki restaurant had great food but a little pricey. Overall not sure the value was worth staying there the next time I'm through Oahu.

This was our third stay at the Aston Waikiki beach hotel in the last 12 months.
This time, we were not as impressed as the previous times.
Overall, my guess is that they are having problems with room maintenance.
We usually like to stay at smaller hotels but we haven't minded the hotel because of its location and ocean views....

We stayed in Room #801 1/12 and 1/13/12. It was an oceanview with good views of the beach. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable and the hotel is in a great location.
However there were some negatives. The room was old and in desperate need of updating. The bathroom needed a good deep cleaning....
