While tourists don't visit Hawaii for its shopping, you'll find the fabulous Ala Moana Shopping Center a short walk from this hotel. One of the best food courts I've ever seen with every variety available amid the hustle bustle, especially during the lunch hours! For the fine shopper there are high end stores and for the value-conscious shopper there are... More

The place is old school 70's style never going to change type hotels. I felt so disconected but it could have been the long flight. I can say my room faced the park across the street and that was nice.

Nice restaurants, helpful workers BUT annoying when keys don't work. Constant trips to the desk when workers always blamed you for what was going wrong. Close to a great shopping center with easy access to museums whale watching.

We have stayed here in the past and my (now) husband and I stayed here with some of our other family member's for our wedding. They upgraded one in our party but not us the bride and groom, they said we could upgrade for a fee. The room had a lot of wear, when we got there the bathroom door... More

Extremely disappointing hotel. Rooms have not been refurbished for a long time. Bad news since this is a very busy hotel with lots of wear and tear on the rooms. Great proximity to the shopping mall. Would not recommend staying there. Long check in and check out lines. Would never stay there again.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel before, when our trip was delayed and were stranded in Honolulu for a day. ( Not that I don't dislike it..it's Honolulu for crying out loud!) The airline booked us in this hotel for the night. Obviously, airlines use this hotel for their staff. Anyway, our first stay was not extraordinary. It was... More

Just stayed here for a brief couple of nights and although I had a low room with just a view of the mall parking lot from my balcony (But hey, I could have paid more and got a higher room) the wheelchair accessibility of my room was fabulous and what a difference that makes. Full grab bars around the toilet,... More

Corner room was a view to die for...... The room service was not by the hotel itself but by the condo affiliated with Las Vegas corporate office. This room was quite small with a King size bed and 1 lounge chair. Bathrm was of a sufficient size(appropriate for only 2 adults). Good for the convience of Ala Moana Shopping center... More

it is an older hotel. not inexpensive, but it was a business trip. The foyer is grand with white marble. I didn't find the staff extremely helpful. It seemed they were 'tired' of tourists asking the same questions..but if it is your first time there, it is YOUR first time asking the question (haha). anyway. rooms were clean, not terribly... Decent property, typical pricing for Hawaii - everything is overpriced here. Staff is great. It's an older property but nearly all hotels in the area are old. My only complaint is there is no lounge and the parking rate is ridiculous. With that said I do have issues with any business that wants to charge me to come and spend... More
