This complaint email is to let you know that the accommodation provided to my husband on July 31st was extremely poor. The room was dirty and unequipped and the premises were very run down. It should be a backpackers hostel not a hotel. My husband and I travel a lot. To Asia, USA, Canada, Europe and Australia. Hence we do... More

This place was terrible and that would be an understatement. We only booked this last minute for one night as we started our holiday a day early and had already booked somewhere nice for our 8 night stay in Waikiki. The room smelt like an ashtray, there was a massive cigaret burn in the Bed cover and some kind of brown... More

Blood stains on carpet. A.c. broken. Old old old. Terrible service took 2 hours to get sheets for bed without blood stains on them. Great location but terrible room. I stayed in the penthouse. Or should I say craphouse. Would never stay there again.

Located just 2 blocks from the beach in bustling downtown Waikiki this little gem of a hotel defies it's slightly worn 1970's look with superior front desk service, clean, well appointed rooms and a beautiful large pool and huge sundeck. There is self-service coin-op laundry on site. In addition most rooms feature kitchenettes and all offer decks. Starbucks coffee has... More

My wife and I visited Oahu in April for 2 weeks and stayed at this hotel. The room is big but needs upgrade. It is currently under renovation and that is why we got a good deal. Every morning the work starts around 8 and I was told that the hotel may be closed for a year for renovation starting... More

For a two-week vacation, we chose the capital of Hawaii, the city of Honolulu. The hotel, where we stayed was Polynesian Plaza. The hotel occupied only a part of the building. Some souvenir shops and cafes are located in the same block. The hotel location is very convenient. The nearest beach is in five minutes of walk. Army Museum, Zoo,... More

The hotel is location in the very heart of Waikiki. Everywhere you would want to go is just accross the hotel. Restaurants, shopping centers etc. are all just around the corner. We got the penthouse with kitchenette, the penthouse was really huge no doubt, toilets and bathroom are fairly clean but the problem is the kitchen. Everything is so dirty,... More

The location is great. The hotel is just at Waikiki road and beach. We had booked a room with a kitchen but she upgraded us to a bigger room with no kitchen but it worked. She just tried to be nice! Good value for the money. No romantic honeymoon but for budgettravellers or backpackers it is a great option, a... More

Checkin staff were very nice. They even let us check in 3 hours early for no additional fee. We wish we had stayed here longer. This is a small boutique hotel. I was quite surprised how good this place was, well for Honolulu anyway, as things here seem to be 20-40% more expensive than anywhere else in the US (excluding... More

I stayed 7 nights with my family. This hotel is very close to famous Waikiki beach and close to major shopping centres. Where can you get a 2 b/r fully a/c apartment with living room and fully equipped kitchen for $120 a night plus taxes in the peak season? AC in every room. TV in one b/r and in living... More
