We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites, the rooms were spacious, the breakfast was very good, the mangers reception was also very nice. Downside: very noisy, busy location off of lewers Street. we enjoyed the Sheraton Princess Kuialini location much better more

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were modern and clean. The buffet style breakfast was very good with many selections available. The managers reception provided complimentary drinks and live entertainment. The pool area was very nice and provided a view of the ocean. The beach was one block away. The location was near many shopping areas and... more

We stayed at the Embassy Suites in Waikiki for 3 nights at the end of June 2009 before 6 nights in Maui. We've stayed at Embassy Suites many, many times in several different States over the years but this was 'NOT' your typical Embassy Suites. We reserved it 6 months prior for $175 per night with a King size bed.... more

I read numerous on-line reviews about this hotel -all seemed good. This is your standard configuration Embassy Suites - from a brick & mortor standpoint. But the "standardization" ends there. The difference here is simple -the staff & their attitude. I travel alot - a whole lot; I'm not exaggerating when I say the staff at this hotel is on... more

As many of you know, the breakfast at the Embassy Suites is incredible. The rooms are great and were clean also. But, because it was located one block from the beach, in between other tall buildings, you could be anywhere at all in the World instead of Hawaii. You couldn't see any beach or gorgeous mountainscapes. it was close to... more

Our family stayed at the hotel from Wednesday June 10th until Saturday June 13th, and again for 1 night on the following Saturday. Our plane arrived around Noon and we were pleased to find that a room was available for an early check-in. We were upgraded to the top floor, 21st floor of the Hula tower, away from the construction... more

I have no negative comments to make regarding the Embassy Suites Waikiki Beach Walk. Check-in was good. It was explained to us by reception that we needed to use our room key in order to use the elevator. We stayed in the Hula Tower and I liked the ocean view from the room. The room had a fridge, microwave, kitchen... more

My wife and I had planned a romantic get away for over a year and with the great reviews posted on this hotel. We booked it. Of course it was our mistake because we didn't read the bad reviews posted. There is good info in them and all true. I rate the hotel a 1 star. The hotel is rated... more

I must say I am shocked from the positive reviews posted about this hotel. What are some of these people thinking? The terrible service started from check in. We arrive at 2 PM and was told our room wasn't ready, which was understandable so we waited in the lobby. After awhile the reception desk was calling customers names telling them... more
