The location is pretty much the only great thing about this hostel. The bedrooms and bathrooms were filthy, the kitchen fridge smelled like dead animals, the hostel staff was very rude and the wifi was a joke. The internet on our floor never worked and when I asked about it, the guy at the front desk said "I don't know... More

A well placed property right in the heart if Waikiki. Beach and zoo just around the corner. V helpful staff with good local knowledge offering plenty of advice. Gunnar (Icelandic) and Shaun were especially helpful going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Go for a smaller bedded dorm if you can. They're cooler. The property organises many trips... Worst place I 've ever been. Dirty rooms, with holes in the walls, bathrooms even worst. Breakfast shouldn't be called breakfast. Unfriendly people from hostel service. Totally unrecomended place to stay which can mąkę your stay in Waikiki unpleasant.

I've stayed in many hostels but I'd have to say this has been my worst experience. Stayed in an 8 bed dorm which had adjoining double room so really a 10 bed. To start off the one bathroom in the room had two massive holes in the ceiling, the room was disgustingly unclean with g-strings hanging on a clothes dryer,... More

The staff never told us that there was a room communicating with our bedroom, so people were coming in and out passing through our bedroom during the night. Some staff came to repare something and we had to put all our clothes in the baggage, they moved the furniture and they made two wholes in the wall, so, the bedroom... More

we had booked in for 5 nights but were so glad we had only paid for 3. no ceiling fans, just one on the floor, so if you were unlucky, like myself to score the top bunk it was hot bloody hot, so lucky it was still autumn. Kitchen, common area and laundry were all in one and it was... More

This was perfect location, only 1 min walk from the beach where we swam every single day and saw many incredible sunsets! Good helpful staff, they always try to make sure you're happy and the common room was social and cosy. There was a cut off at 10 for noise and kitchen as standard which meant good night's sleep! Can... More

POSITIVES: - location! To beach 30 seconds, buses 30 seconds, to beginning of the strip with shops 30 seconds.... - cleaniness in the rooms - people and staff, especially Jesse - very nice atmosphere, colorful environment, hammocks, common area - snorcheling gear for free - parking behind a gate for free - 24 hour reception - hostel activities (everyday tours)... I stayed in the female 4 bed dorm for a week in November and had the most amazing stay! My room was very spacious and had plenty of room for storage. The bathroom was good, although our shower was pretty terrible (bad water pressure). The ONLY downfall of this hostel is the fact that the wifi doesn't work in most... More

I enjoyed my stay here. I think its a great location, walking distance to diamond head, the zoo and the beach. And its cheaper than most of the other places. Friendly staff and great free pancakes for breakfast!
