We had a great stay for one night after a boat cruise from Wainae Boat Harbor. It was closer to stay there then travel back to the North Shore that night. This is a very relaxing place. Rent a car through Priceline and don't pay more than $25 a day, even try $20. You might be surprised at what comes up. That's what I did. You'll need a car to get to the resort. Our stay was great.
