I've had issues since I started to stay here. The WI-FI and phone reception in my room were terrible. I asked to change rooms and they said it would cost money to change rooms and they still didn't change my room. I left a complaint with their online system and received a message the manager/management would get with me. That... More

For all you military and retired military folks, you can't beat this hotel. The price is right; the location is convenient, and the people are great. Room are large and there's history all around. Continental breakfast is free.

Nice hotel. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Extremely comfortable beds. The hotel could have provided more washer/driers. Most were in use during my stay. Good location next to the base, airport, and NEX. Get a rental car if staying here.

Coming to Hawaii can be expensive so check out military bases as they are so much less expensive, no tax, and right where you want to be wether it be on the beach in Waikiki, on Pearl Harbor, or across the island. We stayed at what was called the Navy Getaways Pearl Harbor and it was a simple room, reminded... More

Yes, that's right...100 nights! We moved here on our own from the Mainland. We purchased a home and we're having it renovated. We have a Yorkie and finding a hotel that accepts pets is a hard one on Oahu...especially at a reasonable price. We are SOOO glad we were able to make this nice place our "home" for over 3... More

Stayed at the Lodge for two weeks while our place was being renovated. My wife is a DOD employee and we were very fortunate to have been able to get a room. All I can say is that it is a privilege to have stayed at the Navy Lodge. I was born and raised in Hawaii on the Big Island.... More

Was on temporary duty to Hickham AFB and was booked by my hosts on Ford Island. Just a short 10-15 min drive from there to Hickham, even in the morning rush hour. Ford Island is historic in that it was the mooring for the amphibean aircraft including the Pan Am China Clippers. It now has the Missouri and a great... More

For AF and Navy folks alike this is the best place imo to stay while waiting for housing. There is a shoppette with a redbox and subway on the other side of the island. Continental breakfast every morning. Drive to Pearl Harbor and Hickam is great with little to no traffic.

The staff were very friendly. The room was a little small. My bathroom wasn't as clean as I would have liked it to be. There was a dirty towel hanging behind the bathroom door and soap residue left on the soap holder on the tub. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. It was quiet. The breakfast in the morning was... More

Really nice facility with excellent staff on the front desk. Near Pearl Harbor and on Ford Island. My colleagues and I stayed here for TDY and were quite satisfied. It saves the govenrnent money. Small fridge in room along with cooking utensils and dishware to save on eating out. Breakfast could be a little better with fresh friut being available,... More
